The Lamp Of Today’s Step

Friday, February 27, 2026

When I came to the Lord in college, I had to decide what to do with my life. I fasted and prayed, and the Lord led me in a particular direction. It would take years before I would see the real outworking of God’s purposes for my life. He didn’t tell me all the details because I couldn’t accomplish or even fathom them back then. All I had to know was the next step to take. Psalms 119:105 declares, “Your Word is a lamp to my feet.” It’s a lamp, not a headlight. His Word and Spirit will generally lead you simply by giving you the next step. You may have an idea, vision, or promise of things yet to come, but it’s more important that you know what God has for you today and that you do it. Today is the only day you can fulfill His will and the first step will lead to the second, and so on until it all unfolds, and comes to pass. Trust Him for the future, but obey Him right now. For the best way to know God’s will is to obey it.

From Message #975 – Sailing Away
Scripture: Proverbs 3:6

Today’s Mission – Today, don’t worry about tomorrow. Just take the step of obedience that you know God wants you to take for this day.

Greater Than The Great Conquerors

Thursday, February 26, 2026

There are stories of great military campaigns throughout history: King David taking Jerusalem, Alexander the Great conquering the walled cities of the ancient world, General Sherman taking Atlanta and turning the course of the Civil War to name a few. The taking of such cities required courage, zeal, and often brilliance. However, Proverbs says that “greater is the one who rules his own spirit than the one who captures a city.” Think about that. God’s saying it is more important to rule your spirit. Look at all the military conquerors of history, and all they did; all the challenges and obstacles they had to go through. Yet, many of them couldn’t even control their own lusts and it destroyed them. Set your heart, and your goal on ruling your own spirit. Storm that wall, conquer that stronghold, and win that victory. Then your life will be far greater, stronger, and more life changing than all the generals of history. For greater than the one who takes the city, is the one who rules their spirit.

From Message #976 – Spirit Rulers
Scripture: 2 Timothy 1:7

Today’s Mission – Today, make it your goal to rule your spirit by the power of God’s Spirit.

The Dwelling And The Glory

Wednesday, February 25, 2026

Messiah said He will only return to the world when His people say “Blessed is He who comes in the name of the LORD.” For that to happen the Jewish people had to return from the ends of the earth to the land of Israel and dwell there. Psalm 37:3 says “dwell” in the land and cultivate faithfulness. Only when the Jewish people dwell in the land can Messiah return to dwell with them. Do you want God to come down and His glory to fill your life? Then learn the secret of dwelling. When you dwell with God, God will dwell with you. To dwell means, to wait in His presence not just occasionally praying. It means meditating on and soaking in His goodness instead of rushing all over the place. Are you living in the blessings of God that He has for your life? If not, chances are the reason is in the word dwell. Because the Lord’s will is to dwell with you, and have His glory dwell in your life. When you learn the secret of the word dwell. If you dwell, He will come.

From Message #974 – Dwell
Scripture: Matthew 23:39

Today’s Mission – Today, spend time entering the deepness of His presence, receiving of His glory.

Your Brother In The Storm

Tuesday, February 24, 2026

Proverbs 17:17 says, “A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.” Likewise Messiah was born to become your brother and to share in your adversity. He was born to become your brother – to share in your birth. Not just to share in your joy, but to take up the adversity of the world – your pain, your burdens, and your sorrows so you would never be alone. When you’re in sorrow, in your valleys, in your time of loss, when it looks like you’re abandoned, you’re not going to be abandoned by Him. He’s going to be there with you in your time of adversity. His presence may be gentle and often unnoticed, but He will always be there, your best friend and your closest brother. How faithful is He to you? So much so that He was literally born to be with you in your worst times. A friend loves at all times, so love Him at all times. Live a life worthy of what He gave for you. For a friend loves at all times, but Messiah, your brother, was born for adversity.

From Message #997 – The Storm Brother
Scripture: John 15:15

Today’s Mission – Today, draw close to Messiah and soak in the love of your closest Brother and dearest Friend.

The White Birds Of Modern Culture

Monday, February 23, 2026

Up until the 1980s canaries were used in coal mines. If the canary became disoriented or died, it was a sign that the air was toxic and everyone was in danger. Today we’re seeing an attack on fatherhood. Fathers are depicted as bumbling fools, childish, and irrational. More and more children are being raised without fathers. Fatherhood is the white canary of modern society. Their minimizing and disappearance is a sign of a toxic culture in which we live – one that is at war with family, gender, and humanity itself. Fatherhood is only the first to vanish. Next will come motherhood, childhood, and the very nature of being human. As God’s child, be all the more true to God’s ways. Uphold the sanctity of fatherhood, motherhood, parenthood, childhood, male/female, marriage, and life itself. Do your job as end-time believers and stand up for what’s right. Shine the light of Messiah more brightly than ever before. Because the darker the world, the brighter must be the light to that world.

From Message #977 – Your Father’s Blessing
Scripture: 1 John 2:13

Today’s Mission – Today, do your job and shine Messiah brighter than ever before.

If Christians Were Like Revolutionaries

Friday, February 20, 2026

The world is filled with revolutionaries who will do anything to reach their goal. But imagine if revolutionaries were like many believers – and gave up on changing the world because they didn’t feel appreciated or ministered to – or if they just didn’t feel led. If most revolutionaries were like most believers there would be no revolutions. That’s why there’s not a lot of revolutionizing of the world going on among most of God’s people – because most believers don’t take the Lord’s purposes as seriously as people in the world take their causes. Revolutionaries know if their revolution’s going to succeed, they have to put it first above everything else. We are the true revolutionaries of this age. Do you really want to see the world transformed? Put God first and seek first His kingdom. Put the purposes of the great commission first above your own will, agenda, and your own wants. For the revolution will succeed when the revolutionary decides it’s time to be serious.

From Message #906 The Revolutionary Handbook
Scripture: Revelation 1:3

Today’s Mission – Today, live as a revolutionary – put God’s agenda above your own and do something to further the great commission.

Dancing In The Bombed Out Ruins

Wednesday, February 18, 2026

I know a Jewish believer in Israel who has a congregation that went through opposition. His congregation was firebombed and the sanctuary was destroyed. In the days after, they decided to hold their services in the bombed out room, with dancing, joy, praise, and thanksgiving. He knew that his enemies, and more importantly, the enemy, was trying to intimidate him. Instead he took it as an encouragement that he had something to do that must have been greatly important or the enemy wouldn’t have bothered. It turned out that more people came to the Lord after that bombing than before. God blessed His ministry, and even gave him favor with the government. The enemy will stop you if you let him. If the enemy’s trying to intimidate and stop you, it means you’re doing something important. So be encouraged! Praise God, give thanks, and rejoice all the more! Press on, because you must be doing something right. Keep doing it, because the enemy can never stop you from doing God’s will, unless you stop yourself.

From Message #901 – The Great Bluff
Scripture: Psalm 27:2-3,6

Today’s Mission – Today, don’t allow the enemy to intimidate you from doing God’s will. Go against all fear and all the works of the devil.

Your Calling Is Your Vocation

Tuesday, February 17, 2026

When I told people at my high school reunion what I was doing, not one of them said, “I always knew you’d end up in ministry.” When I took the test in high school to tell me what my vocation should be – it never said ‘ministry’ – but it should have. The word vocation comes from the word voc or vocal, as in voice. It comes from a biblical truth. Your vocation is your calling. You’re not supposed to just do ‘something’ in life, you’re supposed to fulfill your calling. You have a calling on your life. It doesn’t come from you. It comes from God. He’s calling you and you have to follow it. It’s okay if your life doesn’t match up with it yet. Your calling is higher than you and often something you wouldn’t expect. You just have to respond, follow the voice of God, and you’ll become that person. You’ll fulfill your true heavenly calling when you follow the Voice, the Word, and the Spirit of God. Follow the voice of His leading and keep following it, today and every day. For your heavenly vocation was given to you by nothing less than the Voice of God.

From Message #966 – The Heavenly Calling
Scripture: Hebrews 3:1

Today’s Mission – Today, make it your aim to look for, hear, and follow the voice of God’s leading in your life.

The Corrupted Weights Of Our Culture

Monday, February 16, 2026

Proverbs 16:11 says “A just balance and scales belong to the LORD; All the weights of the bag are His concern.” The weights of the bag were the standard measures used on the scale. Proverbs 20:23 says, “Differing weights are an abomination to the LORD.” Other ways of defining weights, are standards or values. One of the signs that a civilization is corrupted, or in moral decay, is the sign of altered weights or values. When values are changed, standards are lowered, and words are redefined: fornication becomes living together, sin becomes a disease, adultery becomes an extramarital affair, and perversity becomes alternate lifestyles. When morality is redefined as intolerance, when an unborn baby is called ‘just a fetus,’ or a pregnancy can be terminated, it shows there’s corruption in the society. We as believers have to be all the more grounded in eternal truth. Altered weights are an abomination to God. The weights belong to Him. Don’t alter them, don’t dilute them, don’t change them. You are called to be a keeper of the weights of God.

From Message #965 – The Weights of the Bag
Scripture: James 4:4

Today’s Mission – Today, choose to stand firm in God’s Word, stand strong against the corruptions of our culture, and strong for the truth.

The Missing Account In The Book of Sanhedrin

Friday, February 13, 2026

The Sanhedrin was the governing body that leveled the charge against the resurrection, that the disciples stole the body. The Sanhedrin was Israel’s court of law. Why then in all its history was there never a trial or conviction of these charges? We have the Book of Sanhedrin in the rabbis’ Talmud. But there’s no record of any such trial. Thus they obviously didn’t have any evidence to prove it. Otherwise they would have used it to stop the new movement. The Sanhedrin couldn’t produce the body, and they had no way of proving their charge. They only proved one thing – that the tomb was empty – and not by the hand of man, but by the hand of God. Kingdoms rise and fall but Yeshua, Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever. If He abides in you, no matter what things look like in your life, no matter how hopeless, or overwhelming, the good will triumph over the evil. The light of Messiah is going to conquer the darkness, and every power on earth and hell. He’s alive! He is risen! He has conquered, and so, in Him, will you.

From Message #301 – The Resurrection on Trial
Scripture: Romans 8:11

Today’s Mission – Today, bring any issue you have been struggling with to the light of Messiah and declare, believe, and receive the truth – that He is alive and ruling over it.

The Funeral of Your Sins

Thursday, February 12, 2026

Hata’ah is the Hebrew word used for the sacrifice that took away sin. The same word means sin. The sacrifice and the sin were called by the same name. It means that the sacrifice for sin became one with the sin it was taking up – so much so, that the person offering up that sacrifice would see in it the dying of their sin. So in 2 Corinthians 5:21 it says, “God made Him who knew no sin, to become sin, for us, that in Him we might become the righteousness of God.” Messiah is the Hata’ah. When He died on Calvary, sin actually died on Calvary. Rage, jealousy, addiction, bondage, darkness, your past, was crucified. When He dies it’s over, it’s gone, and it’s dead. Messiah didn’t just become an offering for sin, He became sin itself. And you can receive that your sin is actually gone for real. Live in the light of the fact that your sins have actually been killed. The past is dead. For He who knew no sin, became sin for you, that you who did not know holiness, would become by that same miracle, holy.

From Message #957 The Vow: The Sacrifice Mysteries I
Scripture: John 1:29

Today’s Mission – Today, hold a funeral for your old sins. Rejoice that they are dead, gone, buried, and never coming back!

eremiah 31 And Genetic Technology

Wednesday, February 11, 2026

For centuries, a prevalent doctrine in the church world taught that God was finished with the Jewish people, that all His blessings were transferred to the church, and Israel was left with nothing. It’s called replacement theology, or supersessionism. The problem with this is that the Word of God clearly says that He will never abandon His people. Romans 11:2 says, “God has not rejected His people.” Jeremiah 31 teaches that as long as there is the natural order of the sun, moon, and stars, that the seed or the children of Israel will not stop being a nation before Him. The Hebrew word for seed is Zerah. It means seed that you sow on the earth and it also speaks of DNA. It’s amazing how modern technology and genetic testing have now proven the Bible. Jewish people all over the globe, are the exact same people, and they originated from Israel. If the God of Israel happens to be your God, and He hasn’t replaced Israel – He won’t replace you. He’ll never leave or forsake you. For He who keeps Israel, and you, will never slumber nor sleep.

From Message #962 – The Genesis Gene
Scripture: Psalm 121:4

Today’s Mission – Today, meditate and soak in the fact that the Lord will never abandon you, replace you, or forsake you. He will keep you forever.

The Full Moon Of The Bridegroom

Tuesday, February 10, 2026

The full moon marked key dates in the ancient Hebrew calendar. It was the fullness of the month that was considered the best time for a betrothal. And so in the Hebrew marriage was often at the time of the full moon that the groom would propose and covenant with the bride. There, under the full moon, he pledged his life to the bride and the bride did likewise. There, they shared in the cup of the covenant to seal the betrothal. Passover falls on the 14th and 15th of Nisan – the night of the full moon. Messiah gave us the cup of the covenant that same night. Then He gave His life on the cross. That was His pledge to us. For Messiah is the Bridegroom. And so He has given His pledge to you, the pledge even beyond marriage. Your response, in turn, must be, to pledge yourself, your love, and your all to Him. Because the covenant is given, and so it must be sealed under the full moon. He has given His covenant and pledge to your life. Go and do likewise.

From Message #445 – The Gospel of the Moons
Scripture: Romans 12:1

Today’s Mission – Today, pledge your life to your Beloved and give Him your all.

Putting Yourself In The Bible

Monday, February 9, 2026

When I was a child, my parents called me Johnny. They bought me a children’s book called “Johnny goes to Washington.” My Father wrote an inscription, noting that the boy had my name. So when I read that book, I could picture that I was that boy going to Washington DC, to the White House, and meeting the President. Today they actually have children’s books that insert the name of the child in the books, so the child feels part of the story. Herein lies a secret to reading the Bible. Don’t just read the Bible as if it’s a book about other things, other people, or general principles. Read it as a Book that’s about God and you. God so loved… Johnny, Jim, Susan, Linda, that if… Bill, Maria, David, would believe in Him… Take it personally and specifically. Whenever you read of anyone, whoever, or whatever applies to you, insert your name into the Holy Word and see what happens. Put your name in the Book, because you are in the Book. Get yourself into the Book and the Book will get into you.

From Message #918 How to Become a Biblical Character
Scripture: John 15:16

Today’s Mission – Today, read the Bible by inserting your name into scripture. Make it personal, make it about you.

King Sennacherib’s Lying Stone

Friday, February 6, 2026

In II Kings 19, Jerusalem is surrounded and held captive under the threat of annihilation from the Assyrian army. In ancient Assyrian tablets, King Sennacherib records: “and Hezekiah himself, I shut up in Jerusalem, his capital city, like a caged bird.” It then says that Hezekiah was afraid and sent a tribute of gold, and they left the city alone. It confirms the biblical account that they never took Jerusalem, with one big difference – the claim that Hezekiah sent a tribute. But the Assyrians never accepted a tribute from a city that rebelled against them. Instead, they destroyed it. So what was the real reason they left Jerusalem alone? The Bible records that King Hezekiah lifted up the crisis to God and an angel of the Lord struck down the Assyrian army in one night. The Greek historian Herodotus records an account of the Assyrian army struck down in one miraculous swoop. So, whatever you’re going through, be at peace. For the same God who upheld Jerusalem will uphold you. When you put everything into His hands as Hezekiah did, you’ll rejoice in the morning when your enemies are gone.

From Message #929 – Satan on the Wall
Scripture: Isaiah 41:10

Today’s Mission – Today, give your troubles over to the Lord, let Him fight your battles, and rejoice in the victory.

The Treasure and The Pig

Thursday, February 5, 2026

Proverbs 11:22 says, “As a ring of gold in a pig’s nose, so is a beautiful woman who lacks discretion.” The truth of this scripture applies to everyone. Your life is as a gold ring, it’s priceless because you’re made in the image of God. It’s meant to be something beautiful, but if you give yourself to sinfulness; if you give your heart to greed, lust, anger, selfishness, sensuality and the like, you’re degrading something meant to be beautiful. A ring given to a pig will end up in the mud. A life given to sin, will also end up in the mud. If you sell yourself cheap, your life will become cheap. You will become what you give yourself to. If you give yourself to something low, you will be lowered. But if you give yourself to something higher, then your life will be lifted up. So give yourself to what’s pure, true, and holy. Give yourself to Yeshua, Jesus, the Messiah and your life will be lifted up. Then your life will become the treasure it was meant to be and not a ring in a pig’s nose.

From Message #556 – The Pig’s Jewelry
Scripture: Matthew 7:6

Today’s Mission – Are you giving yourself to a certain sin, an indulgence, or something not of God? Today, make the decision to not degrade yourself anymore. Live your life now as a precious treasure.

Don’t Just Talk About Heaven

Wednesday, February 4, 2026

We are commanded by Messiah to preach the Gospel and the kingdom of heaven. However, our faith is not primarily about getting into heaven. It’s about heaven getting into us. Heaven is in us because God is in us. So it’s not enough to just talk about Him, we have to show Him. Paul was taken up into heaven. He said he couldn’t speak about all the things he saw, it was too much. But he showed it by living a heavenly life. For the rest of his life he lived a life of faith and perseverance, a life worthy of heaven, of someone who had been there. He kept rejoicing and persevering because of heaven. He showed them the reality of it. If you’re born again, you’re born from heaven and you need to do the same thing Paul did. You need to show heaven. life now. For heaven is too wonderful to only be spoken about. So don’t just talk about it, put your life where your mouth is. Show them.

From Message #555 – Show-Em
Scripture: Luke 7:22

Today’s Mission – Today, be an example and live a life of a true believer. Don’t just talk about God’s love and blessings – prove it! Show it!

Messiah and His Duplicates

Tuesday, February 3, 2026

When I give a message or teaching, I record it. The original recording is called the master. The master is put into a duplicating machine filled with blanks which become duplicates of the master. The blanks are imprinted with the information from the master and become copies of the master. Messiah is called the Master. If you call Him your Master, it means you have to become His duplicate. I Peter 2:21 says Messiah left us an example to follow. The Greek word for example is huppogrammos which means the writing that was placed under the paper for the scribes to trace. It was the ancient version of masters and duplicates. So if you call Him Master, become His duplicate. Get plugged into Him, receive the imprint of His love, His wisdom, His righteousness, His purity, His heart, and His power. Follow His example by walking in His Spirit. Let Him live His life through you, and you will become like Him, an accurate duplicate. Your life will be His life and His life, your life. For if you call Him Master, you must become His duplicate.

From Message #548 – The Huppogrammus
Scripture: Galatians 2:20

Today’s Mission – Today, before acting or reacting, think of what the Lord would do or say and then do likewise.

Casting Your Net Upon The Waters

Monday, February 2, 2026

Messiah called fishermen to be fishers of men. Fishermen must cast out a line or a net to catch fish. When the Lord gave the miracle of the fish, they had to first cast out their nets in order to pull them in. Thus, we are to initiate the cast. You won’t see the fish (people) or the blessing if you don’t cast out. Spread the Word; give a tract, a visit, a cd, or ministry. Where ever you are, cast out a wide net. You might be in a family gathering. When the time is right to talk to that person, you make your cast. If you’re in a store aisle, or at the cashier, you cast out that comment or question. You’re a fisher of men and women and it all begins with a cast. God has miracles waiting for you in the deep waters, but His fishers can’t be timid. We are to be bold. The fish are biting. Salvation is biting. Miracles are waiting to bite. Salvation and miracles are waiting to fill your net, but you are only going to see them when you cast out.

From Message #546 – As You Go
Scripture: Mark 1:17

Today’s Mission – Today, cast out the Word of God, cast out His love, cast out the Gospel. Cast out your net – and bring in the fish!

The Only Way To Inherit Your Blessing

Friday, January 30, 2026

How do people inherit a fortune? First, they’re notified that they’re in a will. The one who’s in the will is the heir who receives the inheritance. The Bible says you’re an heir. If you’re an heir, then there has to be a will. So the question is, are you in the will? Is your life really in God’s will? If you’re not in God’s will, then there’s no inheritance. But if you are, then you have an inheritance. God has a living will. If you abide in His will, then you’ll be an heir of the blessing that He has for you. If you’re outside the will of God, you’re outside the inheritance and the blessing. So abide in the will of God, because in the will of God you’ll find the blessings of God, the promises, your calling, and your inheritance. God has a blessing for your life, an inheritance, but you need to get your life in the will of God. Then you will become an heir to receive the blessing, the promise and the inheritance that God has bequeathed to you. Get in the will.

From Message #677 – Heirs Of Heaven
Scripture: Romans 8:17

Today’s Mission – Is there a blessing you may not know of because something in your life is not in the will of God? Today, get it into the will of God and receive that blessing.

Following The Messiah Of No Place

Thursday, January 29, 2026

Messiah said He had no place to lay His head. He didn’t really own anything. He had no place. He was born in Bethlehem, but that wasn’t His place. He grew up in Nazareth and was called Yeshua Ha Netzeret or Jesus of Nazareth, but that really wasn’t His place. He ministered in Galilee, but that wasn’t His place. Even Jerusalem wasn’t really His home. He was of heaven. We are His disciples. He is our master, and if our master has no place, then neither can we. That means you’re not to be defined by your place or your circumstance. You do not belong to your culture or your past. You don’t even belong to your situation right now or your problems, so don’t get wrapped up in them. We can’t be situation-based, we need to be Messiah-based. Follow Him no matter where He takes you. No matter where, just go where He goes. And you’ll go places in the Lord. He’ll bring you to where you never imagined. For in Messiah, we have no place, but we have Messiah and that’s better than anything else.

From Message #676 – The Radical Call
Scripture: Matthew 16:24

Today’s Mission – Today, remember who you are and Whose you are. Rejoice in all that you have in heaven and stay free and light of the things of earth.

Living Outside The Container

Wednesday, January 28, 2026

Luke gives the account of Messiah basically being kicked out of His own synagogue. So what happened to that synagogue? They went on with their services, rituals, routines, and their social lives. But Messiah moved on outside the synagogue; the healing, the good news, the release of the captors went on, freedom to the prisoners, sight to the blind, hearing to the deaf, and all the miracles that His own synagogue couldn’t contain. His own religion could not contain Him, and neither can ours. Even when the religion is in His name today as Christianity, He’s bigger than that. If you want miracles, blessings, and His presence, then you have to step outside of your routine, your rut, and even the rituals in your life. Because the walls of His religion couldn’t contain Him. He had to go outside for the miracles to keep going. You need to step outside the narrow walls and walk with the King in the excitement of the new adventure of Him. For the blessings He has for you are so big, they cannot be contained inside.

From Message #671 – Messiah In The Synagogue
Scripture: Proverbs 4:12

Today’s Mission – Today, stretch yourself and do something outside of the ordinary, outside of what you’ve ever been able to do before. By the power of God, do something extraordinary!

Treating The Word As A Scribe

Tuesday, January 27, 2026

By the hand of God, Jewish scribes have maintained the Scriptures so accurately for thousands of years. For generations, they have meticulously copied the Word, to the smallest jot and tittle. If they make one mistake, the whole scroll is deemed unkosher, and they have to start all over again. Before they write the name of God on the scroll, they will bathe themselves. They hold great reverence for the Word and the name of God. As believers, we have the revelation of the New Covenant in Messiah. Yet, we often treat the Word carelessly, bending it, softening it, or compromising it to fit what we want. We don’t really follow it, we take it lightly, or we take it for granted, and we don’t really treasure it. But the scribes of Israel, without Messiah, treated the Word so meticulously and reverently. We need to treat the Word at least as reverently as the scribes of Israel. Cherish it, follow it, and take it at full strength as a sacred treasure in your life. The Word is a treasure, but it only gives life to those who treasure it.

From Message #1211 – Faithful
Scripture: Psalm 119:18

Today’s Mission – Today, take time to spend with the Word. Receive each word in reverence as the Word of God.

he Jew, The Hand, And The Blessed Life

Monday, January 26, 2026

Yadah is a verb in Hebrew meaning ‘to worship with extended hands.’ The root word is yad, which means an open hand. An open or giving hand stands for an open heart. It is an open heart that worships God. A yad or open hand is a hand open not only to give but to receive. The hand that closes, or doesn’t give, isn’t going to receive either. If you’re born again, you’re spiritually part of the Jewish family. That means your life is to be characterized by thanks because the word Jew or Yehudah means one who gives thanks with an open hand, with praise. So when you give thanks to God, you don’t have to be worried. You can’t be worried and give thanks at the same time. The more you are generous; the more you give, let go, bless, worship, and praise, the more you’re going to receive the blessings. For the one who has an open hand to give the blessings, is going to be the one who has an open hand to receive them. Be the one who has learned the secret of the open yad, the open hand.

From Message #1209 – Fearless
Scripture: 1 Timothy 2:8

Today’s Mission – Today, open the yad of your life and be generous, give and bless from your heart – and the yad of your life will receive from God’s hand.

The Radical Power

Friday, January 23, 2026

Think about the power of the cross. It was an execution stake, a horrible vessel of torture and death that became the symbol of life and hope. Amazing! Death turned into life. It was the worst thing that could happen that became the best thing that ever happened. The worst sin that has ever been– the crucifixion of God– became the greatest act of righteousness that has ever been. The ending of Messiah’s life becomes the beginning of eternal life. The cross becomes a place of hope, and the tomb becomes a place of new beginnings. The power of Messiah, is to turn everything upside down. You have that power, too. If you’re in Messiah, you have the power to turn everything upside down; to turn your sorrows into joy, your setbacks into victory, your failures into triumph, and to turn every bad thing into the blessing of God. Use that power. For the cross is the most revolutionary power in the universe. It’s the power of the Lord for you to turn the world – and your life – upside down.

From Message #1201 – Upside Down
Scripture: Psalm 30:1

Today’s Mission – Today, whatever your situation, take the power you have in Messiah and apply it to your life – Turn your life – and the world around you – upside down!

The Mother Church Was A Synagogue!

Thursday, January 22, 2026

Today we see the Church and the Synagogue as two very different things. However, the first church or what we call ‘church’ began in Jerusalem. The leader was James. His real name was Jacob or Yaakov in Hebrew. He wrote one of the earliest epistles. James 2:2 says, “If a man comes into your assembly…” The word translated as assembly or church, is the Greek word synagōge. It is from this word that we get the word synagogue. That means that the first churches were, in a sense, synagogues. The first church in Jerusalem was also a synagogue and it was the mother of all churches. Remember the Gospel is Jewish and yet for all people. As a true believer, you must love and pray for the Jewish people. Salvation came to you from Israel – you’re part of something Jewish. In fact, if you’re born again, you’re a child of Abraham. You’re of the commonwealth, a citizen of Israel, so be blessed. For the first church was also a synagogue.

From Message #1196 – The Doctrine Of Caesar
Scripture: Galatians 3:29

Today’s Mission – Today, remember to not separate, as all born again believers receive the promises of God.

The Secret of The Axe

Wednesday, January 21, 2026

Ecclesiastes 10:10 says, “When the axe is dull and its edge unsharpened, more strength is required. But wisdom brings success.” It’s simple but profound. This isn’t just true for an axe or knife, but for our lives. If we do things that get little results and drain our energy in life, then we aren’t being effective for God because our axe is dull. We have to become sharp. A sharp edge is a focused edge. In photography, sharp means focused. If you live your life without focus, your life becomes dull, and you don’t accomplish much. Become like Paul, focused on the Lord. He didn’t do things without aim; everything was focused on Messiah. He had purpose and his life was consistent. He wasn’t all over the place, he had a point, an aim, and a focus in everything he did, and he changed the world. So you, too. Don’t live all over the place – unfocused. Make Messiah the focus of everything. Fix your eyes on Him and run the race. Then, you’ll become like a newly sharpened knife, and you’ll be able to slice through your problems like butter.

From Message #1195 – Sharp
Scripture: Proverbs 4:25

Today’s Mission – Today, practice focus. Keep your eyes fixed on the Lord, and keep your spiritual mind sharp by filling it with the Word of God.

The Blessings of Haman

Tuesday, January 20, 2026

Purim is the Jewish holiday named by the enemy of the Jewish people. Purim means the casting of lots. Haman decided to cast lots to establish the day for the destruction of the Jewish people. God redeemed them, and they made a holiday out of it. You think they would have changed the name, but they didn’t, they called it by exactly that, to remember the failed plan of God’s enemy. Don’t be afraid of the plans of your enemy. We have a faith that can deal with problems and overcome them. Purim reminds us that whatever evil attempts to do, we have something greater than evil. When we celebrate Purim, we are bearing witness that God is greater than the problem. We celebrate that what the enemy planned for evil in our lives, God will turn it for good. If you follow God, your problem will become a victory. What looks like defeat will become a celebration. You can smile at the days to come. For every trial, tribulation, and problem will end up as Haman’s holiday – a triumph of the good and the victory that God brought you.

From Message #602 – The Purim
Scripture: Esther 9:28

Today’s Mission – Today, whatever problem you deal with, don’t just see the problem, but look beyond for the good purpose God will use it for.

The First Steps of The Sacrifice

Monday, January 19, 2026

In ancient Israel, when a sacrifice was offered up, there was a required set procedure. The first part was called the Hikriv, which means, the bringing near of the sacrifice. The sacrifice had to be brought near to the priest or into the dominion of the priest whose duty it was to perform the sacrifice. Messiah was brought to the house of Caiaphas, and before the Sanhedrin, because the sacrifice had to be brought into the dominion of the priests to perform the Hikriv. Messiah is the sacrifice – and those who have the sacrifice must perform the Hikriv. They must bring Him near. Bring Messiah near to every part of your life, near to your hearts, near to your sin, near to your emotions, near to your past, near to your wounds, your secret things, your dreams – everything. The whole point is that the sacrifice has to be brought near. Bring Messiah near to that part of your life that’s been distant – for that is where the blessing is.

From Message #1194 – Footsteps On The Altar
Scripture: Hebrews 10:22

Today’s Mission – Today, bring the Lord into every part of your life – especially those parts that have been distant, the wounds, the secrets, the shame, the ungodly part. Perform your Hikriv.

The Privilege of The Hard Test

Friday, January 16, 2026

Are you going through hard testing times? Do you feel that it’s hard hanging on, or that you don’t have the strength for it? Let me share something. When you’re given tests in the fifth grade, they’re harder than when you are in first grade. It’s fitting because you know more, so you’re accountable for more. To whom much is given, much is required. So if you are finding yourself going through a tough time, or a tough test, be encouraged. For the hardness of the test, is a manifestation of the level you are at, and the degree of the revelation. It’s a good thing. It’s because you’re at a higher level, and God believes you can handle it. Scripture says He won’t give you any temptation you can’t handle with Him. The harder the test, the greater the blessing, the greater the graduation, and the higher the place you’re going to get when you pass the test. So dig in your heels, sharpen your pencils, burn the midnight oil and embrace the challenge given you. Pass that test, because it’s a sign you are in the big leagues.

From Message #1189 – Miracles in Sodom
Scripture: Romans 5:3-4

Today’s Mission – Today, accept your challenge for what it is, a challenge; it will take strength that God has already given you to accomplish that task.

The Other Side of Every Sin

Thursday, January 15, 2026

There are accounts of people who have been in bondage to alcoholism or drugs, who claimed nothing was wrong, or that they were only hurting themselves. It wasn’t until they realized the pain and damage that their sin was causing to those they loved, that they chose to stop. You might think that you’re not like that, or that you don’t have any situation like that in your life. But every time you sin, you’re hurting someone else. Maybe not someone you see, but you’re hurting the One who loves you the most. You’re hurting the One who gave His life for you, who died for you, who died because of your sins – you’re hurting Him. It’s what He wept for. So if you won’t stop that sin because it’s wrong, or because it’s hurting your own life, stop your sin because you’re hurting the One who loves you more than anyone else has loved you. He loves you! He gave His life for you. So bless Him now. Be finished with that sin once and for all, bless and stop hurting the One who loves you.

From Message #1188 Heavenly Tears – Heavenly Smiles
Scripture: 1 Corinthians 6:20

Today’s Mission – Today, when you’re tempted to sin, think about how it will hurt your Beloved, the One who gave His life for you – your God.

The Woman Who Lit Up A Hospital

Wednesday, January 14, 2026

I knew an amazing woman of God, who was hospitalized with terminal cancer and suffered great pain. Still, she was filled with love and peace and never complained. The supervisor and head nurse of the hospital was a very hard woman. Yet, she was drawn to this woman who radiated God’s love. The nurse sat with her, washed her, and was ministered to by her. When my friend went home to the Lord, she left gifts to be given to the hospital. When the gifts were delivered, they found that the head nurse and the whole hospital had been completely changed by the presence of this saint in her last days. Instead of cursing her situation she had shone the light of God. Never let your circumstance define who you are. Before you curse your valley, look for the reason why you’re there. Maybe others in the valley need God. So don’t be overcome by circumstances. Be encouraged and overcome by the presence of God. Because in every circumstance of your journey, it should end up in some way transformed by the fact that you are in it.

From Message #1183 – Unbound
Scripture: Matthew 5:16

Today’s Mission – Today, no matter what, be the light of your circumstances, your situation, your world, and to everyone you meet – shine!

The Food of The Holy

Tuesday, January 13, 2026

God held the priests of Israel to higher standards in everything. As holy ministers of God, they had to live on holy food; they ate the holy sacrifices of God. When you eat food, it supplies your energy. If you partake of unholy things, you’ll end up with unholy energy to do unholy things-lust, carnality, idolatry, pride, bitterness, and immorality. But if you eat holy food, you end up with holy energy to do holy things- to love, to repent, to do right, the energy to break free from sin, and be victorious in God. But how do you eat holy food? It’s when you partake of good things – when you dwell on the Word of God, and the love of God. Philippians says, whatever is good, right, pure, and excellent, let your mind dwell on these things. When you take God’s Holy Word into your spirit, it becomes holy energy. Partake of what is good and what is of heaven, rejoice in them, soak them in, let them come in, and you will walk with something new. You will have the power and energy of godliness.

From Message #1177 – Food Of The Priests
Scripture: John 6:35

Today’s Mission – Today, partake of holy spiritual food, so that you will have holy energy to break free and do what pleases the Lord.

Take Up Your Tree of Life

Monday, January 12, 2026

When man fell, the Tree of Life was sealed up from his sight, never to be partaken of again. So what happened to the Tree of life? It disappeared. And yet it has come back in disguise – it’s the cross. The cross looks like the tree of death, but it’s really the Tree of Life. When you partake of the cross, you’re partaking of the fruit of the Tree of Life; true life, everlasting life, and you come out with grace, with a new beginning, and with freedom. The cross seems hard at first; to give up your life, die to self, love your enemy, forgive, and sacrifice your own will. But when you give up, you gain; when you surrender, you win. When you lose your life, you find it. When you die to self, you come alive. Your tears and sorrow turn into rejoicing. Don’t be fooled; the cross only looks hard, but every time you partake of it, it’s going to bear you fruit upon fruit; love, joy, peace, faithfulness, gentleness, and goodness. For the cross is none other than the Tree of Life in disguise.

From Message #1169 – The Tree
Scripture: Revelation 22:14

Today’s Mission – Today, take up the cross, the harder path, the sacrifice – knowing that it’s a tree of life – and it will bring forth blessings.

Praise And Glory In The Prison

Friday, January 9, 2026

Have you ever been in a situation that seems like a dark jail cell of circumstances? Paul and Silas were in prison, and yet instead of getting depressed, or being miserable in the darkness, they praised God. They worshiped God! They thanked Him, and the whole prison changed because of it. The world is never going to be used to the light. That dark situation is never going to be used to the light, but you need to shine your light anyway. When it’s hardest to shine your light, that’s when you have to shine it anyway. When you don’t feel like it, that’s when you need to shine. When it makes no sense, when it seems naturally inappropriate, when it’s going to cause a commotion, or when it’s completely uncalled for, shine your light. Praise Him, rejoice, and lift Him up. Do the right thing anyway, and shine your light. No matter what your circumstance, no matter what your problem, make a commotion of praise. Start a disturbance of faith. Begin an uproar of righteousness and cause an explosion of light and let the world deal with it.

From Message #1161 – The Midnight Miracle
Scripture: Psalm 71:14

Today’s Mission – Today, go against what feels natural. Take it to the spiritual level and start a commotion of praise. Praise no matter what. Overcome the darkness.

You Have To Be Better Than Demons

Thursday, January 8, 2026

In the Scriptures, Messiah commanded unclean spirits. They heard His command once and immediately obeyed. The demons were more responsive to the Lord than a lot of believers are today. Many believers struggle with obeying the Lord. We argue with Him. We delay obeying Him. We ignore Him. We put off doing what we know is His will, or we justify not obeying Him. But the demons obeyed Him instantly, without a long struggle. If demons, the enemies of God, obey Him without delay, without ignoring, without putting off, without rationalizing, how much more must we? If God is calling you to something, telling you to do something, or His Spirit is prompting you to something, but you’re not doing it, you’re only hurting and hindering your own life. The demons don’t get any blessing in obeying Him, but you do. Just do what He says. Go where He leads. Trust and obey. For there’s no other way to be happy in Yeshua, Jesus, than to trust and obey. Beyond that, we have to have a better witness in our obedience to the Lord than demons.

From Message #2056 – The God Quest
Scripture: Romans 6:18

Today’s Mission – Today, if God is prompting you to do something, listen to His direction and just do it, go where He leads you.

Dropping Your Nets Again

Wednesday, January 7, 2026

In Matthew 4, Messiah was walking along the Sea of Galilee and saw Simon and Andrew fishing. He said, “Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men.” Immediately they left their nets and followed Him. Why did they immediately drop everything over a man they’d never seen before? The key is that it was not the first time. John 1:40 tells us that Andrew was already a follower, but apparently, he had settled back into fishing. This is the second calling, but this time it’s going to change his life. The true disciple doesn’t just say yes to God once, but again and again and again. You need to choose Him every day. Become a disciple, pick up your cross, forsake everything, and surrender every day. Seek Him more every day. It’s not the one-time answer that makes a disciple, it’s the continual, increasingly progressive answer. Even if you’ve said “yes” before, you can say yes today. That yes can change your life as if it was the first time, because, for the disciple, the call of God, the answer is always for the first time.

From Message #644 – Hineni
Scripture: Joshua 24:15

Today’s Mission – Today, drop your net and give Him a new yes whole heartedly and surrender yourself as if it was the first time.

Zechariah And Elisabeth

Tuesday, January 6, 2026

In Luke 1:55 and 1:73, Mary and Zechariah make references to an oath that God made. Zechariah means God has remembered. His wife’s name, Elisheva means His oath. Put together, it says, God has remembered His oath. What oath did God make? In Genesis 22, on Mount Moriah, God made an oath, when Abraham offered up Isaac. Verse 16 says that God swore by Himself. It’s amazing for God to swear by Himself because when you swear by something you’re offering it up. Thus God is offering up Himself. Verse 14 says, in that mountain, it shall be provided. What mountain? Mount Moriah, which is also Calvary. God swore by Himself to Abraham, and 2,000 years later on that same mountain, He fulfilled His oath by offering His life on Calvary. All the promises of God rest on His oath, and that oath rests on Calvary. You can depend on Him. Whatever He promises in His Word, His love, His faithfulness to you, He will do it. He swore it by His own life which He offered up for you in the land of Moriah on a hill called Calvary.

From Message #1142 – The Omega Oath
Scripture: 2 Corinthians 1:20

Today’s Mission – Today, if you are in a situation that looks impossible, have faith that God will accomplish His Word in you. He will never forget His promise.

The Devil’s Fear

Monday, January 5, 2026

In Mark 1:24, the demons say to Messiah, “Have you come to destroy us?” Sometimes we think that demons are scary things, but they don’t scare Messiah. Rather, He scares them! It’s a legion, and yet they’re totally afraid. That’s the truth! The enemy is actually on the defense in the face of Messiah. If you’re in Messiah, then the enemy is on the defense with regard to you. Of course, he’ll never tell you that. Few enemies will let on that they’re really afraid of you. He wants you to believe that you’re going to lose. But you must stand and take the authority of the Word to overcome. Messiah didn’t believe the lies of the enemy. He didn’t spend much time arguing. He just cast out the legion with His Word. Have that same attitude. Because we’re not only conquerors, we’re more than conquerors. So live more than confident, more than powerful, and more than victorious. The enemy is on the defense when it comes to Messiah. If you’re in Messiah’s will, and Messiah is in you, then you’re more than a conqueror. Be on the offense.

From Message #1140 – Cast Down The Gods
Scripture: 1 John 3:8

Today’s Mission – Today, live on the offense – victorious, confident and powerful. For you really are more than a conqueror.

The Kadosh L’Adonai Thought Life

Friday, January 2, 2026

The high priest of Israel wore holy garments. What he wore on his head had to match the holiness of his garments. Thus, he was commanded to wear a gold crown that said: “Kadosh L’ Adonai – Holy unto the Lord.” I Peter 2:9 says that you’re now a royal priesthood. Your thought life is what crowns your mind. Thus your thought life needs to be consistent with the rest of your life; in harmony with your ministry and with your faith in God. When you pray or worship the Lord, are you thinking about something else? When you take action, it needs to be consistent with what you’re thinking – what you mean in your heart. Think what you mean, say what you think, mean what you say, do what you mean–it’s all together. Your actions and thoughts need to be pure. God wants you to be consistent in every way. He wants your prayer life and your thought life to be holy. Let Him have His way. Let your thought life become Kadosh L’Adonai, holy unto the Lord, and as pure as a crown of gold.

From Message #1136 – The Spirit Mind
Scripture: 2 Corinthians 10:5

Today’s Mission – Today, let your mind dwell on the Word and love of God – so that your thoughts might become Kadosh L’Adonai – Holy unto the Lord.

THE WINDOW OF TIME

Thursday, January 1, 2026

Shalom, to you my Friend and Co-Minister in the Great Commission…
As we begin the new year, it is important to take note of where we are prophetically. I wrote The Avatar, not only to open up the mysteries of our time, but to open the prophetic moment in which we stand. I shared the link of Jehu to Donald Trump. The story of Jehu in the Bible is not ultimately about Jehu, but about God – the hand of God and His purpose in raising up Jehu in the first place. What was it all about?
The context of the story was Israel’s apostasy. The nation was on the verge of passing the point of no return. Had the House of Ahab continued on the throne, Israel’s course and apostasy would have been sealed and the nation consigned to judgment. That is when God raised up Jehu. It was not long ago that America was approaching a similar point of no return. Virtually every institution of American culture had been or was being taken over by an anti-biblical agenda and ideology. That is when Donald Trump ascended on the nation’s political stage. Why? In the case of ancient Israel, Jehu represented God’s rolling back of the apostasy. So too, with the rise and return of Trump to the White House, we have witnessed a rolling back of the anti-biblical agenda and ideology that would have sealed the American apostasy.
But the rise of Jehu was more than that – it was a window. God was giving the nation a window of time to repent and return to Him. In the same way, America has been given a window of time for the same purpose. If we change the government but do not change hearts, then the unchanged hearts will change the government back – the window will end and the apostasy resume toward judgment. God can and does use governments, politics, and leaders. But these alone cannot save a nation. The only thing that can save America is God and the only means, revival. Without revival, America as we have known will be lost. Revival is not a nice thing – it’s the only thing.
We have a window of time – but that window and time will pass. And we may not have it again. Let us commit to pray for revival as never before, believe for revival as never before, minister for revival as never before – and let us choose to start actually living in revival as never before. If we do so, the revival will start with us – and then it can spread to America, and the world. Let us commit to do this very thing in this first month of this new year. And may God greatly bless you as you do!

The Magi’s Secret

Thursday, December 25, 2025

Matthew 2 speaks of “wise men” from the east. But how could they know that the King of Israel would come at the time he did just by seeing “His star”? The answer is in the Book of Daniel. Daniel was made Chief of the wise men, magi; placed over them as the wisest man in the court of Babylon, Persia, from which these magi came. Daniel was the godly Hebrew prophet given the prophetic mathematical countdown to Messiah; 70 x 7 = 490 years. Undoubtedly the Magi studied Daniels writings. Some of them would one day seek the Lord and travel to Judea and Bethlehem and be known as the Wise Men who found the Messiah. If these Magi came from Persia — surrounded by occultism — could one day find the Light because they searched for Him, then don’t you give up on those in your life who seem so far from God. Keep giving the Word, being an example, and showing them the love of the Lord. For if the Magi of Persia could end up in Bethlehem, so can your loved ones.

From Message #908 – The Forbidden Prophecy III
Scripture: John 1:14

Today’s Mission – Today, be an example of the Lord’s love by sharing the living Word to those in darkness.

Throw The Wrench Into The Works

Wednesday, December 24, 2025

During WWII, the Japanese would broadcast the words of “Tokyo Rose” to throw a wrench in the morale of the Allied Forces. During the Cold War, the “Voice of America” broadcasted ideas of freedom and samples of western culture to those living under communist regimes. Throwing wrenches into the works of the enemy’s kingdom is a strategy of warfare and revolution. In the same way, we are at war. There is an enemy kingdom – the kingdom of darkness, sin, and bondage. But you are of the Kingdom of God and of His Light. It’s your job to throw wrenches into the enemy’s kingdom. How? Where there is a law of hate operating, broadcast the love of God. Where there is depression, despair, and gloom, throw in words of encouragement and hope. Where there’s bondage and oppression, take actions of deliverance and freedom. Where there are offenses and woundings, confound them with true forgiveness and healing. Make a difference today. Throw a wrench into the works of the enemy.

From Message #809 – Heavenly Subversives
Scripture: Acts 19:8

Today’s Mission – Today, see how many wrenches you can throw into the enemy’s works. Shine the light into the darkness, and overthrow the laws of sin and death.

Pesikta Rab 54A

Tuesday, December 23, 2025

Genesis 22 gives the account of Abraham offering up his son Isaac: The father takes the son on a donkey into the land of Moriah. He places the sacrificial wood on his son’s shoulders and leads him up the mountain. There on the mountaintop, he binds his son to the wood, lays him on the altar, and prepares to offer him up as a sacrificial lamb. This scene is an awesome foreshadow of the sacrifice of the Son by the Father on sacrificial wood on Mount Moriah (Jerusalem). There’s an amazing rabbinic writing on the offering of Isaac called Pesikta Rab 54A, where it says this: ‘Isaac carried the wood as a man who takes up his cross…’ Even the rabbinic writings testify of a son who takes up wood like a cross to his sacrificial death. Genesis 22 is unique in that it’s the first occurrence of the word ‘love’ in the Scriptures – and it centers on a sacrifice. Messiah’s sacrifice on the cross remains the center of God’s love and our faith. Never move away from it – but live your life as a reflection of its light.

From Message #804 – The Rabbinic Mysteries III
Scripture: John 1:29

Today’s Mission – Today, meditate on the sacrifice that God gave for you, and seek to live today in that love and sacrifice and manifest it to the world.

he Mirror To The Sun

Monday, December 22, 2025

Messiah called us to be the light of the world. But God is, by nature, the light of the world – not us. So how do you become a light? By reflecting His light. How? How does a mirror reflect the sun? By turning its face away from everything else, away from the earth, and into the direction of the sun. What you look at, what you dwell on, what you spend your time and thoughts focusing on, that is what you’ll end up reflecting. And what you reflect, you become. So consider what you’re dwelling on. If you dwell on what is not good, you won’t end up good either. If you dwell on your problems, you’ll become a problem. If you dwell all the time on your troubles, you’ll become troubled and trouble. Just because there are troubles in your life – you don’t have to let it trouble you or determine who you are. Learn from the mirror. Turn your heart and mind away from the troubles, away from the details of this world, and to the light of the Son – and you will become… the light of the world.

From Message #1469 – The Face And The Mirror
Scripture: Matthew 5:14-16

Today’s Mission – No matter what situation you find yourself in today, let His light illuminate the darkness around you. Shine bright!

The Secret of The Victorious

Friday, December 19, 2025

Which is harder? To stop a car when it just starts rolling on the top of a hill – or to stop it when it’s gained full speed heading down the hill? The answer is obvious – it’s easiest to stop it when it’s on the top of the hill, and hardest when it’s rolling. So too, that’s the difference between a walk of failure and a walk of victory. The non-victorious believer lets sin start rolling and allows it to pick up momentum and power. And thus that believer must spend massive amounts of energy trying to deal with that rolling sin – and all that energy is exerted on the defense. But the victorious believer fights sin before it gets rolling – at the starting gate, at the top of the hill. He pushes it back when it’s just a thought, just a temptation – when it has virtually no momentum. Do that and the power and energy you’ll have against that sin is multiplied many times over. Fight your sin at the starting gate, at the top of the hill, don’t give it a chance to roll, when it’s just a thought, just a temptation – and you too will live as a super believer.

From Message #1472 The Anti-Momentum Secret
Scripture: 2 Corinthians 10:5

Today’s Mission – Today, fight sin at the very beginning, when it’s just a trace and thought – and start living in victory.

Your Tent of The Appointed Time

Thursday, December 18, 2025

God gave Israel a way to receive His presence in their midst. It was called ‘The Tabernacle.’ But the Tabernacle had another name. It was called in Hebrew, the Ohel Moed. The phrase means “the Tent of Meeting.” But the word Moed means, not only ‘meeting’ but the ‘Appointed Time.’ God also gives you the way for your life to be filled up with His presence – every day – and to overflow with His glory. And one of the secrets is found in this one Hebrew word – ‘moed,’ ‘the appointed time.’ If you want to know the true presence of God in your life – then you need to give God your appointed time. Your prayer life has to be purposeful. You need to treat your time and meeting with Him as something as important as any other appointed time on your schedule – in fact more so. Make these times with God appointed times. Put them in your schedule if you have to – but treat it just as important as the most important meeting in your life. For it is – it’s your Ohel Moed – your Tent of the Appointed Time.

From Message #1471 – The Portable Mountaintop
Scripture: Psalm 40:1

Today’s Mission – Today, take any steps you need to, to secure your appointed time with the Lord. Make it top priority.

The Grand Reflection

Monday, December 15, 2025

Proverbs 27:19 is a fascinating truth: “As in water, face reflects face, so the heart of a man reflects man.” There are several layers of meaning and interpretation, but one of them is the faces of man that surround your life, will in some way, reflect your heart. For what’s in your heart will ultimately affect those around you. Thus the faces of man become a sort of mirror of you and your heart. So what do you see in the people around you – especially the people who are most close to you or around you all the time. What do you see in their faces in that first moment when they first see you; joy, peace, smiles? Do you brighten a room by entering it – or by leaving it? What is your effect? Look into the mirror of the faces of those around you. For in some way, it’s reflecting your heart. And if you don’t like the reflection you see – then start changing it – and don’t stop until the joy on their faces is the reflection of your heart.

From Message #1468 – The Face In The Waters
Scripture: Exodus 34:29

Today’s Mission – Today look at how your life and presence is affecting others, and make the changes needed to brighten up your world.

Hearing His “Let There Be”

Friday, December 12, 2025

In the beginning God said, ‘Let there be light!’ And there was light. What did others say about that at the time? Nothing. There was no other voice to say anything. There were no contrary opinions, no other plans, no second guessing, no blogs, or chat rooms. God spoke – and it was. So with the new creation. It is written in 2 Corinthians 4:6 that the Same God who said “Let there be light” is now at work similarly in your life – in the work of the new creation. And as in the beginning, so too, now, God brings about his creation, through the speaking of His Word. The problem is this – now, unlike then, there are a lot of other voices in the world – voices of doubt, of the flesh, of the past, of the world, and many more. But when God spoke in the beginning, there were no other voices. And what happened? He said “Let there be” – and there was. So learn this secret. When God speaks – hear no other voices. Hear the Word, and go with it, all out. Let there be… and there will be.

From Message #1462 Y’Hee or Let There Be Light
Scripture: Hebrews 5:9

Today’s Mission – Receive the Word of the Lord for your life today as the only voice, and just go with it.

The Holy of Holies Everywhere

Thursday, December 11, 2025

In 2 Timothy 1:3, Paul writes that he serves God with a pure conscience. The word he uses to describe his service is the Greek word, lat-ryoo’-o. That word is the same that’s used to describe the Ministry of the Temple, the Priesthood, the Tabernacle, and the Holy of Holies. Think of how the priests were to minister in the Temple. They were to minister with awe and reverence. Everything had to be done precisely and exactly. They were walking in the Holy. But that same word is used now of our ministry in the New Covenant, in the Gospel. This is the higher covenant – and your ministry is a higher ministry. It doesn’t matter what you’re doing for the Lord – preaching, teaching, entering data, cleaning the bathrooms, greeting, printing up flyers – all that is part of the lat-ryoo’-o – the holy, priestly, sacred, awesome, glorious ministry of the living God. You are not simply figuratively – but truly – a royal priest of God. Keep yourself accordingly. Reverence the things of God, your ministry, and your calling. For you walk in nothing less than the Holy.

From Message #1447 – The New Covenant
Scripture: Psalm 132:9

Today’s Mission – Today, do whatever you do as a holy act of God, as if you were the high priest ministering in the Holy of Holies.

The Direction of The Spirit

Wednesday, December 10, 2025

The marriage of Isaac and Rebekah reveals a spiritual picture of the marriage of the Son, Messiah, with the Bride, the Church. Notice that the father (Abraham) sends his servant to find the bride and to lead her back. The servant is a picture of the Holy Spirit, who finds the bride and leads her to the kingdom. In what direction does the servant lead the bride? Sonward – to the son. The servant led Rebekah to Isaac. That was the only direction that mattered. You now are the Bride of the Son. So in what direction is the Spirit going to lead you? The direction of the Son. The Spirit will always lead you into the direction of being closer to Messiah. And you, as the bride must make that your aim, in everything you do. Your life is not about any other direction or any other goal – You have one direction – to the Son. Only take those steps in the direction of the Son. And only take the step that will lead you closer. For your life has been given only one direction … Sonward!

From Message #1415 – The Isaac/Rebekah Wedding Mystery I
Scripture: Psalm 23:3

Today’s Mission – Today, show God that you are wholly sold out for Him and His purposes in your life. Live this day and every moment within it – Sonward!

Gaining The Momentum For Breakthrough

Tuesday, December 9, 2025

In order for an Olympic high jumper to break a record, he or she must first run a long track to gain momentum. What would happen if the jumper runs and stops, then starts again, then stops and starts again? They would lose their momentum – and thus, their power to jump. In order to jump, in order to break records, they need momentum. And in order to get momentum, they need consistency – they have to eliminate stops and starts from their running. So it is for you as well. In order to live in the power of God, to have victory and do great things in the Lord, and in order to have the breakthrough, you need godly momentum. And in order to have spiritual momentum, you need godly consistency. You need to eliminate the inconsistencies in your walk, the stops, the going off track and the breaks. Do what you have to do to get those stops and starts, those inconsistencies out of your life. Get consistent, and you’ll have the momentum you need for your breakthrough and your big jump!

From Message #1454 – The Momentum Secret
Scripture: Philippians 4:13

Today’s Mission – Today, make up your mind and heart to be consistent in your walk. Work on momentum, build momentum, and use that momentum for breakthrough.

How To Grow Younger

Monday, December 8, 2025

At the very end of the Bible the Lord says this: “Behold, I am making all things new.” Think about that. What does it mean? It’s a radical statement. It breaks the rules of time. In this world, things move only in one direction – from new to old. The longer something exists, the older it gets. But in God, there’s a new flow – in God all things become new. In God you have the power, not to grow old, but to grow new. You have the power to become younger than you were before. The longer you exist in this world, the larger your past. But God has the power to change the past – even to erase the past. And what happens if you erase the past? If you have no past, you can’t be old – only new. The mercies of God wipe away the past. Dwell in His mercy and grace every day, every hour, and your past will be continually washed away – and you’ll live your life from old to new!

From Message #1453 The Power Of Hadasshah
Scripture: Revelation 21:5

Today’s Mission – Today, step out in the newness of who you are in Messiah and receive His new mercies.

Your Problem In View Of Him

Wednesday, December 3, 2025

Do you have problems you’re focused on in your life right now? Ten years ago or even five years ago, you probably had problems, challenges, crises, concerns, and worries you were dwelling on that seemed so big. But if I asked you what those things were that you were so concerned about ten years ago, or even five years ago – most likely you wouldn’t be able to recall them. The problems have long since passed. The challenges have long ago ceased. The crises have long ago disappeared. And what you were so worried about, now, you can’t even remember what it was. What does that reveal? There are things in your life which cause you to worry, problems which seem to overshadow everything else. However, five or ten years from now, you most likely won’t even remember what it is. And even if you do, it won’t be as big as it seems now. But the love of God will be just as important then as it is now. So stop worrying about what you won’t even remember years from now and focus, instead, on what you will.

From Message #1500 – 1500
Scripture: Jude 1:21

Today’s Mission – Today, whatever you’re dealing with, concerned about, worried over, whatever the problem or issue – look at it in the big picture, it will pass away, but your blessings in Messiah will remain.

Heavenly Eyes And The Final Story

Tuesday, December 2, 2025

The story is told of a man who was taken up to heaven and allowed to stay on the condition that he could not indulge in his habit of criticizing whatever he saw. He saw a cart stuck in the mud, with one pair of horses yoked to its front, with another pair yoked to its rear – the angel was urging both pairs of horses to move forward. It was more than the man could bear. He started criticizing and was immediately seized by two angels and shown to the door. Before the door closed behind him, he looked back and saw that the horses were winged and were all pulling the cart up from the mud and into the air. So for all the things in your life which don’t make sense, or seem to happen for no reason or purpose – all the loss, betrayal, crises, heartbreak, broken dreams… remember it’s not the final story. The final story you’ll see in heaven. Until then, know that God has promised that He will work all things in your life for good – and remember the cart and the winged horses.

From Message #490 – Heavenly Nostalgia
Scripture: Romans 8:28

Today’s Mission – Today, bring your disappointments, frustrations, heartbreaks or broken dreams to the Lord and give thanks that He works them out for your good.

THE RISE OF THE

ARTIFICIAL BABY

Monday, December 1, 2025

Shalom, to you my Friend and Co-Minister in the Great Commission…
In the season of the celebration of Messiah’s birth, a story that has to do with birth but sounds more like science fiction. One recent headline reads, Scientists say lab-grown sperm and eggs are just a few years away. According to the story, scientists are making gigantic strides toward creating human eggs and sperm in the laboratory. The process involves taking human adult cells, often skin or blood cells, then transforming them into stem cells, and then causing them to become sperm or egg cells. The cells are then grown in the laboratory. They have already accomplished something to this effect by creating mouse sperm and a human ovary from scratch.
Scientists are hailing the discovery as a     cure-all for everything from infertility to cancer and aging, even population decline. They believe they have the answer to the dramatic plummet in childbirth rates seen in the industrial nations. Babies can now just be produced in the lab. One scientist expressed caution; but just a little bit:

We need to be confident that it’s safe before we could ever use those cells to make a baby. Ethical considerations also loom large, particularly regarding applications like solo parenting or multiplex parenting, where multiple individuals could contribute genetically to a single embryo.

We need to be confident before artificially producing babies. Solo parenting would mean a parent deciding to create a child without a partner, perhaps a clone from their skin cells. Multiplex parenting would mean three, four, five, or conceivably any amount of people could become the genetic parents of a single baby.
Beyond all this, is another article in which scientists are declaring that they will soon be able to create DNA from scratch-thus, an artificial human being. This also raises the question of designer babies or the rise of a super race.
This all sounds like something out of a science fiction novel or movie because that is basically what it is. The idea of test tube babies was first popularized in the 1930s novel Brave New World by Alduous Huxley. That novel was based on test tube reserves of sperm and eggs. We have gone far beyond that now. Could this be a corollary of the Scripture that speaks of an end-time world in which men are without natural love?
These days undoubtedly bear the signs of the last days, when man plays God and wars against what is natural. This month, let us pray for the future, for the new generation, and for revival. And may God greatly bless you as you do!

Mirrors & Flashlights

Friday, November 28, 2025

If you take out a mirror and hold it up, it will reflect everyone and everything around it. In the darkness, it will reflect darkness. If it’s cloudy, the mirror will reflect the clouds. If it’s sunny, the mirror will reflect the sun. Now replace that mirror with a flashlight. In a bright room, the flashlight might appear to be similar to the mirror as one would see light emanating from it. But in a place with no light, the flashlight would act very differently from the mirror. Where the mirror would be completely dark, the flashlight would light up the darkness. The flashlight is independent of its circumstances. It doesn’t reflect – it shines. Most people, even believers, go through their lives reflecting their surroundings – their circumstances, their world, and the people around them. If you live that way, you can never be any better than what surrounds you. Instead, be a light – love where there is no love, rejoice where there’s no rejoicing, and shine your light in the darkness. For God called you to be the light of the world – and not the mirror of the world.

From Message #1496 -The Proof Of Your Radiance
Scripture: Ephesians 5:8

Today’s Mission – Today, resolve to NOT live as a Mirror but a Light. Don’t reflect your circumstances – shine into them.

The Altar of Infinity

Thursday, November 27, 2025

The Tabernacle, the Temple of Jerusalem, and the path into the Holy Place all existed on an east-west plane. This is something very profound. For unlike north and south, east and west have no beginning or end. The east-west plane is infinite. Located along this east-west plane was the Temple’s altar of sacrifice. Thus the altar of sacrifice existed on the plane of infinity. The altar was a foreshadow of the cross and the final sacrifice of Messiah. What is it telling us? The death of Messiah is ultimately an infinite thing. For the infinite judgment of sin can only be overcome by the infinite goodness, and the infinite love of God – only His infinite life poured out in our place can bring us salvation. The cross, the sacrifice, and the love of God – for you – are all infinite. So you can never exhaust them by your sins, or use them up. Nor can you ever know all there is to them, or have reason to stop receiving them. Nor can you ever thank God, praise God, or bless God enough in your life for the blessing you’ve been given.

From Message #1442 – The Kadima Redemption Mystery
Scripture: John 3:16

Today’s Mission – Today, let your heart be like a cup that receives the flowing of God’s love like a river – receive that flow and overflow with it.

Builders and Wreckers

Wednesday, November 26, 2025

Have you ever watched the demolition of a building or house? It doesn’t take a lot – maybe just a wrecking ball or some explosives – and it’s all done. It doesn’t take much skill. It doesn’t take much care. It doesn’t take much thought or time in comparison to the building of that house or building. To build the building, it takes much care, skill, work, and time. It can take months or years to build a building – but only a few hours or less, to destroy it. What does that reveal? Every day you have the choice to build up or tear down. If you gossip, if you complain, if you discourage, if you lash out and hurt others, you’re tearing down. And as with buildings, it doesn’t take much skill, or time, or care, to tear down something that took years to build up – whether a congregation, a marriage, or a life. But it takes care, concern, work, and time to build up. So be one who builds up. For God has called you to build the kingdom and not to be part of the enemy’s wrecking crew.

From Message #544 – The Ben
Scripture: 1 Thessalonians 5:11

Today’s Mission – Today, seek to build up those around you resist the enemy’s plan to tear them down.

Or Is That Cheating?

Tuesday, November 25, 2025

This is an actual prayer written by a little child to God in the form of a letter, “Dear God, I have a spelling test on Tuesday. I never get all the words right. Maybe you could help me this time…or is that cheating?” Of course, God helping a child pass a test wouldn’t be cheating. But the truth here is that God’s blessings are so good, that it is almost like cheating on a test. It’s like having an unfair advantage. For when you know you’re weak in a certain area and you don’t hide it, but bring it to God, He will fill you with His strength. It’s like having a connection other people don’t have. It’s like having the teacher tutor you with the answers that everyone else is looking for. The fact is, the blessing of knowing God is so good that we don’t deserve it. It doesn’t seem fair – and it isn’t – because it’s His grace. You don’t have to understand it – just accept it. You’ve got an unfair advantage – and it’s so good, it should almost be illegal.

From Message #1494 – The Prayers Of Little Children II
Scripture: Ephesians 1:7

Today’s Mission – Today, bring your weaknesses to Him and allow His strength to help you pass any test you face.

The Epiphanes Syndrome

Monday, November 24, 2025

In the story of Chanukah, Antiochus Epiphanes was a shadow of the anti-Christ. He went into the Temple and defiled the Holy of Holies. As the anti-Christ will do, Antiochus opposed and exalted himself over everything that was of God and proclaimed himself to be god. Epiphanes means God manifest. When man denies God, he proclaims himself as god. When any government denies God, it becomes god. Even believers can fall into the Epiphanes Syndrome. When you see yourself as the center of everything, when your greatest concern is yourself, or when you seek praise instead of giving it to God, you’re falling into the Epiphanes Syndrome. But if you cleanse your temple and empty yourself in true humility, then God will be able to manifest Himself in your life. Those who exalt themselves will come to nothing. But those who humble themselves under the mighty hand of God, and empty themselves of themselves, their life will become a Holy of Holies, filled with the presence of God.

From Message #806 – The Chanukah End Time Revelation
Scripture: 1 John 3:18

Today’s Mission – Today, ask the Lord to cleanse your heart of selfishness and to fill you with His presence.

The Hand Through The Fire

Friday, November 21, 2025

Once when I was planning a mission trip to China, I went home after a service and laid down to nap. I dreamed I saw a Bible burning in someone’s hand. When I woke up, I saw a fax that had just come in. The fax was about believers in China and how the communist authorities would burn Bibles. It told the story of a burning Bible and how one believer had stuck his hand into the fire and was able to rescue one page. For years that one page was all they had. It was their greatest treasure. They cherished the Word of God so much that they would stick their hand in the fire to save one page. And then, having that page, they treasured it for years. We don’t have to stick our hands through fire to have or read the Word of God – and we don’t have just one page – we have over a thousand. Yet do we truly treasure His Word as we should? How much more should we value the treasure we have, cherish it, sacrifice for it, and, more than anything – live it?

From Message #1439 – The Elijah Generation
Scripture: Psalm 119:16

Today’s Mission – Today open up the Bible, take just one Scripture, one Word, and hold to it, meditate on it, let it soak in, apply it, and live it.

The Serpent and Your Feet

Thursday, November 20, 2025

One of the earliest prophecies of redemption occurs in Genesis 3. The Lord says to the serpent: “And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between her seed and your seed, and he shall crush your head, and you shall bruise his heel.” The words have several fulfillments, from the natural relation of snakes and people, to the enemy’s war with Messiah. But it also applies to you as one of Messiah’s people. The enemy will seek to strike your feet. In other words, the lowest part of your life, the part that is most connected to the earthly things. That’s where you’re most vulnerable – in those areas of sin and of the flesh. But any wise person who walks among snakes takes precaution to cover their feet, to put on boots. So be wise, address those parts of your life that are vulnerable to the enemy’s bite; your weaknesses, and your inconsistencies. Cover them up with the righteousness of God. For if the enemy cannot strike at your feet – there’s nowhere else he can. But in Messiah, you still have the power to crush His head.

From Message #1445 – The Children Of Eden Mysteries III
Scripture: Romans 16:20

Today’s Mission – Today, take time to cover those parts in your life that are vulnerable, fill in that gap, and strengthen that weakness.

The Time of The Fig and Olive Tree

Wednesday, November 19, 2025

The sacred Hebrew year is a prophetic picture of the age. It ends in autumn with the Feast of Trumpets, the Day of Atonement, and The Feast of Tabernacles – all linked to the end of the age. The autumn is the time when the fig tree puts forth its full harvest of figs. The autumn is also the time the olive tree brings forth its olives. The Fig Tree is a symbol of Israel. The Olive Tree, in Romans 11, is a symbol of the Church. So what do we see? In the Hebrew year, the time of the fig tree’s blossoming and that of the olive tree, overlap and are joined. What does it reveal? The blossoming of the church is linked to the blossoming of Israel. In other words, the purposes of the church can never come to fruition without Israel and the return of the Jewish people – nor can Israel find its fulfillment without the church. So pray for the redemption of the Jewish people, and bless the nation of Israel. For when they come in, so too will come the redemption.

From Message #1444 – The Great End-Time Holy Day Redemption
Scripture: Psalm 111:9

Today’s Mission – Today, take time to pray for the nation of Israel and the Jewish people – for their survival, their blessing, and their redemption.

Hell & The Neverending Banquet

Tuesday, November 18, 2025

There’s an old Twilight Zone episode where a criminal dies and wakes up in a mansion, the paradise of a lifetime. A man in a white suit appears to grant him his every wish. Whatever the criminal wishes, he gets: money, women, comfort, success, luxury. But finally, it begins to drive him crazy. He turns to the man in the white suit and says, in effect, “I can’t take it anymore. Please, let me go to the other place” He’s asking to go to hell. The man in the white suit replies, “But this is the other place.” There’s a biblical truth here: A life of joy and contentment is never dependent on what you have around you – but what you have inside. It’s not your life that will make a joyful heart – it’s your heart that will make a joyful life. It’s never about getting what you desire, it’s about changing your desires to the will of God. Proverbs 15 says that a heart of righteousness produces a never ending banquet. Surrender your life and desires to the will of God, and your life will become heavenly, even now.

From Message #1493 – The Eyes Of Adam
Scripture: Hebrews 13:5

Today’s Mission – Today, surrender your desires to God and allow Him to change them to His perfect will.

The House of Broken Branches

Monday, November 17, 2025

From ancient times, God promised He would raise up the fallen tabernacle of David. The word in Hebrew for David’s “tabernacle” is “sukkah.” What is a sukkah? It’s a dwelling specifically made of broken branches. In Romans 11, the apostle Paul speaks of the Jewish people as branches broken off from the Olive Tree. Thus, the Jewish people who turned away from Messiah, though they are the natural branches, they are, for a time, broken off. But in the end times, God took those broken branches from all over the earth and gathered them back together in Israel. And through their broken lives, He built a tabernacle, the reborn nation of Israel, a sukkah made for His return. The Lord loves to build with broken things, to recycle, to restore, and to redeem – not just sukkahs, and not just nations, but lives. The same God of Israel, the God of broken branches, is the one who will take all the broken things of your life and use them all to build something beautiful – if you let Him.

From Message #1443 – The Two Sukkahs Of The Last Days
Scripture: Hosea 6:1

Today’s Mission – Today, lift up to the Lord anything in your life or in those around you that is broken. Seek the restoration, healing, and redemption of the broken branches.

Neos & Kaheenos

Friday, November 14, 2025

There are two words for “New” in the New Testament Greek. The first is “Neos,” which means new in the sense of order, as in an event which comes after another. But “Neos’ is not the word used for the “New” Covenant. And that’s a good thing – because if neos was the word used, then the New Covenant would only be new because it came after the Old Covenant – and then, after a while, after a few centuries, it wouldn’t be so new anymore. But the word used for the “New Covenant” is the Greek word “Kaheenos” which means “new or fresh by nature.” In other words, it’s not the New Covenant because it comes after the Old Covenant – it’s the New Covenant because its nature is newness – it’s the Covenant of Newness. Therefore, it doesn’t matter if you’ve been in it for one day, ten years, or fifty years – it never gets old, thus you never have to get old in spirit either. Just keep going deeper in it – and you’ll always be new, just as the New Covenant is always Kaheenos – always fresh – always new.

From Message #1438 – The Brit Haddashah
Scripture: Romans 6:4

Today’s Mission – Today, get renewed in the newness of His Word, of His love, and of His joy. Get new again in the Covenant that is always new.

The New Israeli Identity

Thursday, November 13, 2025

When God brought the first Jewish settlers back to Israel, they were largely from Russia and Eastern Europe. Many were raised in a world of books and rabbinic Judaism. Now they had to roll up their sleeves, get shovels, ploughs, hammers, and learn to work the soil. They were doing what was completely foreign to them. And yet, it was this new life which was their true calling. Israel was their true land, their true home – and this was their true life. In the same way, when you’re born again, you’re given a new identity – holy, godly, pure, and victorious. And you might feel that this isn’t the real you – that the real you is the old you; the sinful, ungodly one who never measured up. But just as it was for the first Israelis, so for you – you may be more familiar with the old you, because it’s all you’ve known. But the old you isn’t the real you – the new you is. Start believing it and start living it – you are a spiritual Israeli.

From Message #1495 – Mysteries Of The Secret Israelis I
Scripture: Ezekiel 18:31

Today’s Mission – Today, make it your aim to embrace your true life in Messiah – believe it and live it!

The Enemy’s Soil Depletion

Wednesday, November 12, 2025

Matthew 13 calls the Word of God “good seed.” God sows good words – good seed. But the enemy sows bad words – bad seed. As God sows seeds of life, the enemy will seek to sow seeds of death and darkness: doubt, despair envy, lust. A seed planted in soil, takes root, and receives its nourishment from the soil – or in the case of a spiritual seed – it receives its life from the one who gives it room. So when you give room to the enemy – whether in bitterness, lust, fear – that bad seed begins to take root in your life. From then on, it begins to use up what’s in its soil. In other words, just as a seed depletes the soil, so does the seed or word of the enemy, if you give it room, it will start depleting things from your life, depleting your energy, your time, your focus, and your first love for God. So the next time the enemy seeks to sow that ungodly seed into your mind or heart – don’t let him – and your life and your walk in God won’t end up depleted.

From Message #1437 – The Secret of Unsowing
Scripture: Mark 4:20

Today’s Mission – Seek today to reject all seeds of the enemy – cut it off when it’s just a thought. Sow the Word and blessings of God into your mind and heart.

Paul I Know

Tuesday, November 11, 2025

Acts 19 records a dramatic scene where a chief priest and his seven sons seek to perform the same act of deliverance performed by the apostle Paul. But when they try, the demons overpower them saying, “Jesus, Yeshua I know, Paul I know, but who are you?” Now the chief priest and his sons were apparently well known in their city. But the demonic spirits had no idea who they were. Paul, on the other hand, was largely unknown. Yet to the demonic spirits, Paul was famous. Things are very different in the spiritual and heavenly realm than they are in this world. In the kingdom of God, the celebrities are those who are faithful to God, who do the things that no one else notices – things like being faithful in cleaning up the congregational bathrooms every week. In the Kingdom of God, the stars are the humble and the faithful. So make it your aim to be faithful in God in every part of your life, to do what is pleasing in His sight – and you, too, will end up a celebrity in heaven.

From Message #1436 – But Who Are You
Scripture: Psalm 147:6

Today’s Mission – Today, do what is pleasing to the Lord in faithfulness and humility.

Ten Days And Judgment

Monday, November 10, 2025

There are ten days between the Feast of Trumpets and the Day of Atonement. These were the days, given to Israel and heralded by the sounding of Trumpets, to prepare to meet the Lord. They are known as the Yomim Noraim, The Days of Awe, or The Awesome Days. It’s believed that in these days your name is sealed in the Book of Life. Throughout the ages, Jewish people have spent their Days of Awe with great reverence – getting right with God and man, forgiving and asking forgiveness – The Days of Awe. What does this have to do with you? After this life is over, we all will stand before God. The days of eternity do not determine your days on earth. But your days on earth do determine the days of eternity. So use them wisely; get right with God and man, forgive and be forgiven. Do the good you know you must. For eternity stands just around the corner, and you will never again have these days to ready yourself for it. These are your Yomim Noraim, the Days of Awe.

From Message #1435 – Baal At Mcdonalds
Scripture: Matthew 6:14

Today’s Mission – Today, use your time wisely in view of eternity. Do whatever you have to do to be right with God and man- forgive and be forgiven. These are Awesome Days!

The German Dichotomy

Friday, November 7, 2025

Before WWII, much of German culture, politics, and religious life held an underlying belief that there were two spheres of life – the religious and the secular. And that each sphere did not affect the other one. Holiness was something that related entirely to the spiritual realm – and not the realm of this world. Faith had to do with religion and not the rest of life – certainly not the political realm. The result of all this was when Hitler rose to power, much of the church just gave in or didn’t see that it was its job to oppose him. We often do the same thing with our lives – we keep the two realms separate – there’s the realm of our faith – and then there’s the realm of real life. But the Bible never speaks of a religious realm and a secular realm. For if the Lord is not Lord of all – then He’s not Lord at all. So don’t let there be any such wall of separation. There is no religious or secular realm of your life. For the Lord your God is Lord of all.

From Message #1433 – Lights To The World
Scripture: Jeremiah 32:27

Today’s Mission – What is it in your life that has not been touched and transformed by the power of God? Start breaking down that wall today and let the power of God have its way.

The Prisoner’s Love

Thursday, November 6, 2025

Annmarie was a young Slovak Christian imprisoned for her faith in Communist Eastern Europe. While imprisoned, her main desire was to see her torturer saved. So she spoke of the beauty and love of the Lord. Her torturer responded with more beatings, to which she responded with more love. In every pause of his whip, she would share God’s love for him. “I’ll beat the love out of you,” he threatened. “When you beat me,” she said, “I saw your hands and thought of how you must hold your wife with them and how blessed she must be… and how when you use those same hands to torture, it must bring pain to others in your life, and to you.” Her continual love ended up breaking his resistance. One day he asked her how to be saved and gave his life to the Lord. He then risked his life to obtain her freedom. If she could so love her torturer – shouldn’t you too love those who persecute you, certainly those who bother and irritate you? For the faithful and continuous love of God can turn even your torturers into saints.

From Message #1432 – The Upside Down Kingdom
Scripture: Luke 6:27

Today’s Mission – Today, apply the radical, revolutionary, and totally unexpected power of love to those who have sinned against you. Surprise them with grace.

Your Heavenly Genes

Wednesday, November 5, 2025

When I was 5 years old, I saw a girl extremely tall for her age, and we were the same age. My mother told me the reason she was so tall was because of her genes. I thought to myself, “Why would she be tall just because of the pants she wears. I also have jeans but I’m not as big as she is.” The point is, if your parents are tall, you’re more likely to be tall as well. In the same way, if you’re born again, God is your Father. Thus, your spiritual characteristics come from Him. That means that who you are is not based on what you were. You become you based on your parents’ DNA. And so if your Father is heavenly, then your identity is now no longer earthly but likewise heavenly. You’re born again to become heavenly. And if your Father is holy, then your identity is now no longer unholy, but likewise holy. Holy is what you were born again to become. And if your Father is perfect, then it’s for you now to start becoming likewise – perfect.

From Message #1529 – Earthly Fathers & Children of Heaven
Scripture: Matthew 5:48

Today’s Mission – Today, ponder your heavenly DNA. In salvation, you have the spiritual genes of heaven. What does that mean? Live accordingly.

The Sacred Soudarion

Tuesday, November 4, 2025

In Acts 19, the Lord chose to bring healing to the sick through the handkerchief of the apostle Paul. The Greek word for handkerchief is “soudarion.” It literally means “a sweat cloth.” We often think of miracles as works that God does entirely apart from man. But there’s a whole realm of miracles which God does through the works, the labor, and the sweat of man – miracles through sweat cloths. For the Holy Spirit works not only through inspiration but also through perspiration. Some of God’s greatest miracles come through the hard work of man. The walls of Jericho came down by a miracle – but that miracle required God’s people to march. Messiah healed a man of blindness but required him to go down to the Pool of Siloam to wash. If God can use a handkerchief to bring healing, then God certainly can use all your hard work, labors, toil, sweat, and tears for His kingdom to work miracles. So don’t grow tired of doing good, for God will work miracles in your good works for Him, just as he did through the sweat cloth of the apostle Paul.

From Message #1430 – A Handkerchief Of Miracles
Scripture: John 14:12

Today’s Mission – Today, make it your aim to live for God and do all things for God with all your heart, mind, soul, and strength – with all your might and all His Spirit.

Leaving The Bird’s Nest

Monday, November 3, 2025

Proverbs 27: 8 says, ‘Like a bird wandering from its nest is a man who wanders from his place.” There are many truths in this Scripture, some for the individual, and some, much larger; true not only of men but of civilization. An entire civilization can be as a bird, wandering from its nest. That’s exactly what’s happening in our world today. Western Civilization, as we know it, was born of a Judeo-Christian foundation or nest. Virtually everything about it was linked to that foundation – its morality, its legal system, its culture, its music, its science, and its thoughts. But what we’re now witnessing is this same civilization rapidly departing from its biblical foundations, its nest. This is part of the prophesied “apostasy” of the last days. But we who belong to Messiah are especially joined to the foundation, to the nest. Thus, in these last days, it’s crucial that we stand all the more strong for the Lord and that we all the more proclaim the Gospel; to call home every soul and a world which has wandered far from its foundations, like a bird from its nest.

From Message #1429 – The Bird’s Nest
Scripture: 1 Corinthians 3:11

Today’s Mission – Today, look for any opportunity to bring others to Messiah. Share the good news!

The Miracle Bread & The Changed Past

Friday, October 31, 2025

What does Scripture mean when it says that Messiah multiplied bread? In order to have bread, you need bakers. For the bakers to bake, they need to have flour. To have flour, there must be first those who grind the grain. In order to have grain, you must have the harvesters. And for the harvesters to reap, there must have first been sowers. Every loaf of bread has a history behind it. So what does it mean that the Lord could make bread come into existence that had not existed? It means He has the power to change the past and create a new one. Every loaf of bread was there as if from a newly created past. So the Lord not only creates the present, but the future, and the past. Through the blood of Messiah, even your past can be redeemed. It doesn’t matter what kind of past you had or have, whether a fallen past of many years or a messed up past of days. Bring it to Him just as the disciples brought Him bread. Let Him change your past. It’s as simple as multiplying bread.

From Message #1862 – A Course in Miracles
Scripture: Isaiah 44:22

Today’s Mission – Today, live as one who has been given a new past, a past of blessing, spotlessness, purity, and godliness. Let a changed past change your present and your future.

Bait And Switch

Thursday, October 30, 2025

There’s a deceptive sales practice called “Bait and Switch.” It consists of this: the seller offers a great bargain or savings. Then, when the customers come in, they try to sell them something more expensive. The enemy uses the same tactics. He will always seek to have you switch your love of God for something else. The enemy will try to draw you off track and will do it by attempting to shift your focus and your affections. It happens with many believers. They start out with zeal and passion for the Lord, but then their heart becomes misdirected. They end up doing things out of other motives: for the love of status, the love of approval, the love of a person, the love of money or comfort, or even for the love of religion and ministry; for the house of the Lord instead of the Lord of the house. Has that happened to you? Come back to your First Love. Guard your heart and your affections. Seek to grow even more in love with God than before. God is the real deal – don’t be fooled by imitations.

From Message #1421 – Selling The Brooklyn Bridge
Scripture: Matthew 6:1

Today’s Mission – Today, take inventory. Have you in any way been moved from your first love? Turn away. And come back to the joy of your first love.

The Man in The Dungeon

Wednesday, October 29, 2025

If you went to the castle of Herod Antipas at the beginning of the fourth decade of the first century, you would find the king living in luxury while a man in nothing but a garment of camel’s hair languished down below in the dungeon. It would seem clear who the successful one in life was and who the failure was. The man in the dungeon was, of course, Yochanan, John the Baptist. His life would soon be over. And yet 2000 years later, no one thinks of the name “Herod” as something good. And this particular Herod is remembered for being a corrupt, compromised, immoral, evil man. But Yochanan would become among the most honored and revered people who ever lived. He would bring Messiah and salvation to Israel and to millions of lives. So don’t ever judge your life, or whether you’re a winner or a loser, by the way it looks, or by your circumstance. Only follow the will of God, and do whatever you have to do to fulfill His call on your life. And no matter what – you will be a winner.

From Message #1420 – The Glory In The Dungeon
Scripture: Ecclesiastes 7:1

Today’s Mission – Today, look at your life, not by the standards of the world, but by the will and calling of God – And live accordingly.

The Lord, Your Goel

Tuesday, October 28, 2025

The Hebrew Scriptures reveal the laws of the Goel. If a woman’s husband died leaving her no children, his brother or nearest male relative could redeem her life by marrying her and by giving her children. He would be called the “Goel.” Throughout the Bible, God is called “the Redeemer” or “your Redeemer.” But the word translated as “Redeemer” in our English Bibles is actually the Hebrew word “Goel.” The Lord is not only the one who redeems you – He is your Goel. And what is the Goel? The Goel is the one who has compassion on the sorrowful, the barren, the lost, and the one who thinks that their life is over. The Goel loves that one and marries himself to that one. The Goel takes away the shame and the reproach of that life and makes that barren life fruitful, restored, and blessed. So as it is for Israel, so too for you. God is your Goel who loves you, who marries Himself to you. He removes your shame and makes your life fruitful. Be blessed today. For the Lord is not only your Redeemer – He’s your Goel!

From Message #1419 – Children Of The Goel
Scripture: Isaiah 54:5

Today’s Mission – Today, embrace your Goel, give Him your shame and reproach, and let Him make you fruitful.

The Scorpion and The Frog

Monday, October 27, 2025

Here is an old folktale: There was a scorpion that wanted to cross a river but was unable to swim. The scorpion saw a frog and said to him, “Carry me across the river.” “No,” said the frog, “You’re a scorpion, and you’ll sting me.” “But that would be foolish,” replied the scorpion, “If I were to sting you, we’d both drown. So why would I do that?” So the frog agreed and began carrying the scorpion on his back across the river. Halfway across, the scorpion stung the frog. “Why did you do that?” exclaimed the frog, “Now we’ll both drown!” “I couldn’t help it,” replied the scorpion, “It’s my nature.” The scorpion is a fitting symbol for sin. You can’t negotiate with sin, reason with it, or change it. Its nature is to destroy. So you can’t allow it even the smallest amount of room. So how do you deal with sin and the old nature? Only one way – You crucify it. Don’t be as foolish as the frog. For as it is written, that sin “wars against your soul.” Why? That’s just its nature.

From Message #1418 – The Mystery Of The Ben Adom
Scripture: 2 Peter 1:4

Today’s Mission – Today, do not attempt to negotiate with any sin or old nature. Instead just crucify it in Messiah.

The Olive Tree & The Construction Project

Friday, October 24, 2025

In Zechariah 4, the prophet is shown a vision of olive trees and a menorah – an oil lamp, being continually filled with oil. And then the prophet asks the angel what it all means. The angel answers, “This is the Word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the LORD of hosts.” The Word is a promise that the building of the Second Temple, so filled with problems and obstacles, will be completed. But it will not be completed because of man’s power or might but by the Spirit of God. God is telling them that even something as concrete as a building project must be done by the Spirit of God. If even a construction project is to be accomplished by the Spirit of God and the anointing, then how much more the things you need to do in your life? Do all things by the Spirit, even your job, your relationships, your tasks, and of course, your ministry. For it’s not by might, nor by power, but by His Spirit, says the Lord of hosts.

From Message #1412 – The Anointing and Latter Glory
Scripture: Galatians 6:8

Today’s Mission – Today, make it your aim to accomplish the things you need to do by the Spirit of God.

The Way and Not a Place

Thursday, October 23, 2025

One of the earliest names for our faith in Messiah, as recorded in the Book of Acts, is “The Way.” This name carries profound ramifications. The lives of most people, and even most believers, tend to be determined by their circumstances. But think about what the word “Way,” means. A way is not a place or a circumstance, but a path that cuts through places and circumstances. Therefore, your faith is not about your situations. Your faith is about ‘The Way.” When you’re a person identified by “The Way,” you’re no longer a person identified by your circumstances – nor are you bound by your problems. If you’re a person of “The Way,” it is no longer about what’s around you – it’s about where you’re going. Psalm 23 speaks of mountains and the valleys as the scenery of life but not the point. It’s not about them. It’s about you walking, progressing, and pressing through to the way of life. So don’t look to the right or left – but press on. For your faith is not called “The Situation” – it’s called “The Way.”

From Message #1409 – Ha Derech: The Way
Scripture: Proverbs 10:17

Today’s Mission – Today, live in the power of The Way. Press through every situation and circumstance on your way with Messiah.

Why I Ate The Whole Bag

Wednesday, October 22, 2025

There have been times when I’m away from my home and I feel like I’m starving. I see junk food (often red hot chips) and I buy it. Then I’m driving and eating, and I’ll end up eating the entire bag. As I eat, my tongue becomes almost glow-in-the-dark red, my stomach doesn’t know what hit it, and still, I keep eating until the bag is finished. Now I would never plan to do such a thing. So why did it happen? It happened because I let myself get too hungry. When you’re hungry, you’ll eat what you otherwise wouldn’t eat – and way too much of it. This isn’t just true with food, but also in the spiritual realm. If you let yourself get spiritually empty, you’re putting yourself in danger – You can become vulnerable to falling to temptations you would otherwise never fall into. Therefore, fill yourself up with what is good; with the Lord, His joy, and His blessings. Make it a point to rejoice and delight in these things every day, and you’ll end up with blessings, no regrets, and no spiritual indigestion.

From Message #1408 – The Honeycomb Secret
Scripture: Ephesians 3:19

Today’s Mission – Today, fill up your hunger. Make it your aim to delight yourself in the good things of God. Fill up with His love and joy.

The Language of Impossibilities

Tuesday, October 21, 2025

Eliezer Ben Yehudah had a vision for the future state of Israel. He believed he was called to resurrect Hebrew to be the Jewish nation’s new language. He spent the rest of his life writing a dictionary of a language that no one spoke. He made it a law in his house that no other language would be spoken except his newly revived Hebrew. He even reprimanded his wife for singing a Russian lullaby to their little boy. His son became the first speaker of the new tongue. People thought he was crazy. But his dream came true and Hebrew was resurrected from the dead and became the language of the resurrected nation of Israel. You, too, are called to speak and walk into that which is not, as if it were: to speak and live words of impossibilities and declare that which has no precedent – to speak light into darkness, joy into sorrow, hope into hopelessness, and miracles into the impossible. For Modern Hebrew was born out of a miracle of a man who refused to be reasonable but instead spoke a language of the impossible – do likewise!

From Message #1407 – The Resurrection Of Zion
Scripture: John 8:28

Today’s Mission – Today, take the Word of God and speak and live that which is not as if it is – And live a life of miracles.

Not Even a Billion

Monday, October 20, 2025

Once an interviewer asked the oil tycoon J. Paul Getty, “If you retired now, would you say your holdings would be worth a billion dollars?” Getty paused to do the math in his head. “I suppose so,” he said, “but remember, a billion doesn’t go as far as it used to.” What Getty was saying was that even having a billion dollars was not quite enough. So many people spend their lives seeking more money and worldly things, thinking that more will bring them happiness. But it’s never about what you have on the outside – it’s about your heart. If your heart is empty, no amount of riches on the outside will fill it. However, if your heart is full of the things of God, no lack of money or anything on the outside will change that. Proverbs 15 says, that the one who has a joyous heart, has a never-ending banquet. Do you want to be truly rich? Then set your heart on becoming rich in God. Give thanks to the Lord at all times for all the blessings and your life will become as a never-ending banquet.

From Message #734 – The Never-Ending Banquet
Scripture: Matthew 6:19-20

Today’s Mission – Today, set your mind and heart on storing up true riches in God and rejoice in all your blessings.

You Can Never See What Is

Friday, October 17, 2025

You never see things as they are – only as they were. In order to see anything in this world, the light from the object you’re perceiving has to reach your eye. Then the light has to be translated into electric impulses, which then have to travel to your brain. Then your brain has to distinguish what it is, and all that takes time. So the truth is, you never see anything as it is – only as it was. But truth can never be something simply that was. It must be true now. So then how can you truly see the truth? By not going by your eyes, by sight, but by living through faith and in the Spirit. Those who are led by the Spirit walk in the newness of life. It’s never old. It’s never simply what was – but what is. It’s new. So never limit yourself by going on what you see or feel. That’s all old – and it’s no longer true. Go by faith. Live by the Spirit. And you’ll walk in the newness of life and in the Truth.

From Message #1401 – We Didn’t Even Know
Scripture: Romans 6:4

Today’s Mission – Today, let go of the past and that which is old and live by faith in the newness of what is.

The New Calendar

Thursday, October 16, 2025

One of the ways the children of Israel were unique was their calendar. God gave them a new calendar. He told them in Exodus 12 that the month of Aviv or Nisan would now be the beginning of months for them. That means that it wasn’t the beginning of months for them before that time. Thus, God had them start a new calendar, with a new beginning, a new year; a calendar different from the old one. If you are born again, then you are a spiritual child of Israel. That means you too, must learn to go by a new calendar in the Spirit. Every child of God must live by a new calendar. The old calendar begins with your old birth – the new, with your new birth. In the old calendar, every day you get older. But in the new calendar, you have the power to grow newer every day. In the new calendar, there’s no past of shame, guilt, failure, or darkness – it’s new every day. Live in the new. Start each day fresh, newly begun, as if everything is new – because it is – in the new calendar.

From Message #1397 – The Mystery of Nisan 1
Scripture: Lamentations 3:22,23

Today’s Mission – Today, see this day as an entirely new beginning. Start living by your new calendar and grow new in the Spirit.

Healing Are The Wounds

Wednesday, October 15, 2025

Proverbs 27:6 says, “Faithful are the wounds of a friend…” The word translated as “faithful” is the Hebrew word “aman.” Aman can mean many things, but one of its meanings is “to nurse.” A strange thing, because “to nurse” would seem to be the very opposite of “to wound.” The wounds of a friend can actually nurse and bring healing, especially when that Friend is God. The Lord allows His children to be wounded – to know hurt, emotionally, mentally, or physically. But He promises to work all things, even the wounds, for your good. That means whenever He allows a hurt or a wound to touch your life – even that is for your good. God will use every hurt in your life to bring about a greater blessing; a deeper relationship with Him, spiritual growth, or healing for your soul. So here’s a new way to look at the hurts and wounds of your life. Every one of them has a purpose to bring you a blessing. Seek God for that blessing, even when you don’t understand it – and that wound will turn from hurtful to healing.

From Message #1396 – Faithful Are The Wounds
Scripture: 1 Peter 4:19

Today’s Mission – Today, bring your wounds to Him and receive the healing that comes from His wounds

The Sixth Day Likeness

Tuesday, October 14, 2025

The Book of Genesis records the creation of the world was in six days. But what happened on the sixth day? God created man. And He created man in His own image. Man was the epitome, the culmination, and the crown of creation. So what was the ultimate aim of creation? To create man in the image of God. Now God is working on a different creation, a new creation, and the ultimate purpose of the new creation is for you to be created in the image and likeness of God. So it’s not about whether you become rich or not, or successful in your career, or whether you’re well-liked or hated. God’s purpose for your life is that you become conformed to His image, molded to His likeness; that you become like Him. Don’t make it your goal in life to become rich, famous, comfortable or powerful, but make it to become like Him; loving, pure, righteous, godly, generous, compassionate, merciful, good– just as He is. For the creation of God in you is only complete when you bear His image and likeness.

From Message #1395 – The Seven Days of the New Creation
Scripture: 1 Peter 1:14

Today’s Mission – Today, make it your goal to be more like Messiah in every way. Conform to His image.

Air Raid Drills And Heaven

Monday, October 13, 2025

When I was in elementary school, we would have air raid drills. We were ushered out into the halls, where we would get down on our knees, and put our hands over our heads. I guess they thought that the best defense against a bomb dropped by the Soviet air force was to cover our heads. Of course, it was only a test. We were preparing for the possibility of a real crises by going through the test. Real life is filled with real dangers, real threats, real problems, real disasters, and real crises. And yet, this life is neither the final story nor the final reality. This life is preparation for eternity, for the ultimate reality. This life is only a test. Its problems, its crises, its impossibilities are only tests. For a believer, everything that happens in this life is for a purpose – to prepare you for eternal life. Every problem is an opportunity for you to rise higher and manifest your faith. So the next problem you encounter – don’t fear, don’t panic, and don’t get discouraged – See it for what it is and pass – It’s only a test.

From Message #1394 – How To Walk On Water
Scripture: 1 Corinthians 10:13

Today’s Mission – Today, face any problem you encounter as a test that you already have the answer to and pass it.

The Seed in The Spirit’s Fruit

Friday, October 10, 2025

In agriculture, the seed produces fruit. But fruit also bears seed. So within fruit is found seed. So, too, in the Spirit. In the fruit of the Spirit is the seed of the Spirit. So when you bear the fruit of love, that love which you bear contains the seed of another generation of love, the seed to generate love in others. When you bear the fruit of joy, you are also bearing the seeds of joy, the power to bring joy to others. In other words, the fruit of love contains the key to producing more love, love begets love, joy begets joy, faith begets faith, and goodness begets goodness. So what is it that you want to see in others, in your spouse, your children, your parents, your friends, your co-workers, your brothers and sisters in God? Whatever that is, give them seed to produce that fruit. But in order to give them the seed, you must first bear the fruit yourself. What you want to see more in the lives of others, bear more in your own life. For in every fruit there is seed.

From Message #1390 – The Harvest Of Heaven And Hell
Scripture: Matthew 3:8

Today’s Mission – Today, what is it that you want to see produced in the lives of others? Give what you want to receive – bear the fruit you want them to bear.

The Lesson of The Chicken Sandwich

Thursday, October 9, 2025

We were on a mission to an impoverished country. The heat was sweltering. There was no air conditioning, barely any electricity, and no clean water, yet everyone was fine with it. We knew we were on a mission – not to get – but to give. On the way back, we missed our flight and were put in a hotel and given a free meal so everyone ordered. When our dinner was served, someone noticed that the restaurant had gotten their order wrong. They were upset that their chicken sandwich came with extra cheese when they didn’t order cheese. Just a few hours before we would’ve been happy to have had clean water. If you live expecting to be served by this world, then you’ll always be unhappy. But if you live your life as one whose life is to serve and bless this world – without expecting to get – then everything you do get in this life is a gift and an extra blessing. So live your life as a servant of God, a heavenly visitor on a mission to this world – and you’ll never lose your joy over a slice of extra cheese.

From Message #1385 – The Best
Scripture: Mark 9:35

Today’s Mission – Today, thank God for all your blessings and set your heart, not on receiving, but on serving, and giving of the blessings from heaven.

The Battles You Win By Not Fighting

Wednesday, October 8, 2025

George Washington was not only America’s first president but the victorious general of the American Revolution. Yet, most people don’t realize that Washington spent much of the war not fighting or advancing – but running away. Why? It was because he knew that he was in no position to win. And if he fought those battles which were a losing proposition, he would end up losing his army and thus losing the war. So he waited until the right time and the right battle to fight. And he ended up winning the war. So too, the enemy wants you to fight the wrong battle – to fight self-centered battles, to strive with others, to spend time defending yourself, to strive after things of this world which have no importance in the age to come. He knows that when you fight these battles, you’re guaranteed to lose the war. Learn from Washington – you don’t have to fight every battle, in fact, you have to not fight every battle. You can let go and withdraw so that you’ll end up being victorious and winning the war!

From Message #1384 – Blunders and Victory: The Strategies of Warfare II
Scripture: Proverbs 21:31

Today’s Mission – What are you fighting today that perhaps the Lord wants you to stop. Let go and let God fight your battles, because He will be victorious.

Messiah at The Feast of Tabernacles

Tuesday, October 7, 2025

During the Feast of Tabernacles, the people went down to the Pools of Siloam to draw water – and then brought it up to the Temple where the priest would pour it out. This was called the Water Pouring Ceremony. As the water was poured out, Isaiah 12:3 was read “Therefore with joy, you shall draw water from the wells of Salvation.” The Hebrew word for salvation is Yeshua. Messiah’s real Hebrew name is Yeshua – Salvation. Learn what it is to draw water from the wells of Yeshua. Waters that come from wells are hidden waters, deep waters, waters that must be drawn out. The outside of a well is dry, for the waters of wells flow from inside out. So too the abundant life flows from inside out. Even in dry times, the wells of Yeshua will always flow if you draw deep enough and in joy. For it was undoubtedly at this moment in the feast that Messiah said “If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scriptures said, ‘From his innermost being shall flow rivers of living water.'”

From Message #868 – The Water Pouring
Scripture: Revelation 22:1

Today’s Mission – Today, make it your aim to draw deep from the well of Yeshua and let His living water flow out of you.

For Those Who Don’t Know What They’re Doing

Friday, October 3, 2025

The Book of Acts records the fascinating case of Apollos. Apollos was a Jewish believer who was mighty in the Lord – except that he didn’t really know what he was doing. He didn’t even have all his facts or doctrines straight – and yet he was used for the Lord. What does that tell you? It tells you that God can use people who don’t know what they’re doing. So if you don’t know what you’re doing, be encouraged, because God loves to use people who don’t know what they’re doing. Just don’t let the fact that you don’t know what you’re doing stop you from doing it. Yes, we should seek to know everything we need to know in the Word. But you’re never going to be qualified enough, strong enough, or spiritual enough. So… you don’t know what you’re doing in the Lord? Do it anyway. Serve Him. Step out in faith. I still don’t know what I’m doing – but I’m not going to let that stop me from doing it – for it is He who does it within us – within those who have no idea what they’re doing.

From Message #1380 – The Apollos Principle
Scripture: Psalm 139:6

Today’s Mission – Today, when you don’t know what you’re doing seek the Lord’s direction and step out in faith anyway.

Self Control & The Broken City

Thursday, October 2, 2025

Proverbs 25:28 says, “Like a city that is broken into and without walls, is a man who has no control over his spirit.” What is it like to have no control over your spirit? It’s like an ancient city without any strong walls. Without walls, a city would end up attacked, plundered, and in ruins. So a man without self-control is like a city without walls. Self-control is not just the right thing to have in your life – it’s an essential protection for your life. And one of the secrets of protecting your life is that of building walls – or hedges. As the ancient city needed walls, so your life needs hedges. A wise man builds hedges around what he can do and not do, what he can watch or not, partake of or abstain, enter or avoid – hedges of action, hedges of association, hedges of thought, and hedges of relationship. Don’t avoid the issue of self-control. Instead, build whatever hedges you need to build. And, after building them, honor them. And just as the walls of the ancient city – they could end up saving your life.

From Message #1377 – The Roar Of Lions
Scripture: Galatians 5:22,23

Today’s Mission – Today, practice self-control in that area you most need it and build that wall!

The Danger of Predictability

Tuesday, September 30, 2025

There was a joke told during WWII. Two assassins planned to kill Adolf Hitler, who was known for being punctual. So they stationed themselves in the right spot waiting for the right moment. Five minutes go by, and there’s no sign of him… ten minutes, twenty minutes, thirty minutes, and still no sign of him. Finally, one of the assassins turns to the other and says, “This isn’t like Hitler at all. He’s never this late.” To which the other replies, “Gee, I hope nothing happened to him.” Predictability is not a good thing in warfare. If the enemy knows what you’re going to do, you become an easier target – so, too, in your spiritual walk. If your walk with God is stuck in a rut – it’s to the enemy’s advantage. So don’t’ let that happen. Always seek to grow and step into the new. Break out of the old routine. Open up your walk to change. Take a step of faith. For those who are led by the Spirit walk in the newness of life. And those who walk in the newness of life are the enemy’s worst nightmare.

From Message #1375 – The Strategies Of Warfare II
Scripture: Romans 6:4

Today’s Mission – Today, follow the leading of the Spirit and don’t be predictable or fall for the enemies schemes.

HAS NOAH’S ARK BEEN FOUND?

Wednesday, October 1, 2025

Shalom, to you my Friend and Co-Minister in the Great Commission…
It is a mystery that has spanned the ages. Some believe it is now on the verge of being solved.
The Bible records the story of Noah, the man who was told to build an Ark to survive a universal deluge of judgment. Amazingly, the story of a Great Deluge and a man or group of people surviving it inside a boat appears all over the world in the folklore of diverse and scattered cultures. And yet, this is exactly what might be expected with regard to a cataclysmic event that actually happened.
But up to now the mystery has remained – Does Noah’s Ark still exist? And if it does, then where is it?
A team of researchers believe they are now on the brink of finding it. The Bible records that Noah’s Ark landed on top of Mount Ararat in modern-day Turkey. Today, in the vicinity of Mount Ararat lies a 538-long mound known as the Durupinar site. The mound is in the shape of a boat. It is said to uncannily match the exact dimensions of Noah’s Ark as described in the Book of Genesis.
What has raised much attention in the archaeological world is recent soil samples taken of the mound. The team of Turkish geologist Dr. Memet Bayraktutan collected 22 samples from inside and outside the mound and sent them to Ataturk University to be analyzed. Most striking was the finding that the samples taken outside the mound were different from those taken within it. The mound had lower pH levels and higher organic matter, as well as more potassium than the soil around it. Those findings are consistent with the presence of rotting wood – as in the ruins of an ancient boat.
Another unique phenomenon was observed: the grass inside the boat-shaped site turns yellow and fades earlier in the season than the grass of the surrounding area. This would point to the mound having a manmade and not a natural origin.
Further, in recent times, Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) scans were made of the boat-shaped formation. By using dual-frequency radar emissions, researchers were able to detect rectangular shapes lying about 22 feet below the surface. This may potentially point to rectangular-shaped chambers or rectangular-shaped construction elements.
With all these striking findings, greater and more intensive investigation into the site is planned for the years ahead – including full-scale archaeological excavation.
Will it prove to be Noah’s Ark? Is it one of the mysteries reserved for the last days? Time will tell. Our faith rests on the Word of God. But it is an added blessing to watch as modern archaeology has continually borne witness to the truth of that Word.
&nabs; In the meantime, let us live our lives as did Noah, in the midst of an apostate generation and, yet, holding fast and strong to the Word and will of God, and proving faithful in the midst of all things – even a deluge.
And may God greatly bless you as you do!

The Messiah of Geza

Monday, September 29, 2025

In Isaiah 11 it’s written, “There shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse…” But the word in Hebrew for “stem” is “geza.” “Geza” actually means “a stump” a “cut down tree or plant.” This Scripture is prophesying that Messiah will come forth as a twig growing out of a cut off tree stump. Thus Messiah would spring up from the broken, cut off stump of the throne and line of David. If you look at the lives of those who are born again, you can always find some sort of tree trunk; an old life cut down, and yet out of which comes forth the life of Messiah. The life of Messiah comes forth in the cutting down of our pride, our plans, our hopes, our dreams, our happiness, our security, and all the rest of the old life. That is when Messiah’s life begins to grow. Remember that. Even now, when you see hopes, comforts, plans, securities, and dreams cut down in your life, don’t despair. For in Messiah, from every cut-down trunk, will come forth a shoot of something far better.

From Message #1374 – The Priest King
Scripture: Jeremiah 29:11

Today’s Mission – Today, give God your broken hopes and dreams. And surrender your current plans and desires to His will and allow Him to grow something better.

The Sumballo of Your Life

Friday, September 26, 2025

In Luke’s account of Messiah’s birth, it’s written that Miriam, or Mary, “kept all these things and pondered them in her heart.” The original Greek word used for her pondering these things is “sumballo.” “Sumballo” not only means “to ponder” but “to meet with” and “to encounter.” For Mary, the birth of Messiah was not just an event to experience. It was a reality to be kept and encountered. In the same way, your life doesn’t consist of your circumstances or experiences. It’s about what you take to heart, what you receive, and what you dwell on that determines and defines your life. No matter what’s going on around you or not going on – if you take to heart the Lord’s blessings, you will live a blessed life. If you ponder and dwell on His goodness, then goodness will define and fill your life. For whatever you take to heart and dwell on, that is what you will “meet with” and “encounter” every day of your life. For that which you dwell on, you will end up dwelling in. For what you ponder in your heart, will be your continual encounter.

From Message #1371 – The Miraculous Life
Scripture: Joshua 1:8

Today’s Mission – Today, take time to really dwell on the Lord’s goodness and His blessings on your life. The more you dwell on it, the more you’ll dwell in it.

There’s No Room For The “In”

Thursday, September 25, 2025

In several rabbinical translations of the Hebrew Scriptures, Isaiah 9:6-7 reads “For unto us a child is born. Unto us a son is given. And his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor IN the Almighty God…” This demotes the nature of the child born. Any godly person can be a counselor in the Almighty God. But only One can be a counselor who IS the Almighty God. What does the original language say? It says, Va’yikrah Sh’mo – His name shall be called, Peleh Yoaytz – Wonderful Counselor, El Gibor – Almighty God…” There’s no IN in the Hebrew. So why did they try to add an “in?” Because the prophecy is just too awesome without it. God’s ways are always too awesome to contain. However, we don’t have the right to soften them, dilute them, or to add even one small word, as small as an in. So take the word of God as is, at full strength, no matter what, because that’s where the power is. For when it comes to His birth, there wasn’t only no room at the inn -but there’s no room for the in.

From Message #1369 – The Rabbi’s Christmas
Scripture: Revelation 22:18-19

Today’s Mission – Today, take a word from the Scripture. Take it as it is at full strength and actually live it.

The Good Sower

Wednesday, September 24, 2025

Imagine you’re a farmer who hired two people to sow your fields. You give them each a bag of seed of equal size. At the end of fifteen minutes, one has sown all his seed, but the other has just barely started. What are you going to do? You’re going to give the one who has sown abundantly more seed. You’re going to resupply them quickly, give them extra, and get ready to provide them with still more. You’re going to give to the person who has sown the seed. It only makes sense. In the same way, God calls us to do His will, to sow His Word, His will, and His blessings into this world. But if you’re not sowing, how can He give you more? Thus if you are sowing, He will give you more and more and more. So be a wise sower, and start giving this world His word, His gospel, your time, your service, your ministry, your money, your treasures, yourself. For as you give, so you shall receive – from the God who never fails to give “seed to the sower.”

From Message #1358 – Secrets Of The Sowers
Scripture: 2 Corinthians 9:10

Today’s Mission – Today, start sowing abundantly. Sow the Word, sow blessings, sow to His purposes, His ministry, sow to the world. And God will sow to you.

The Anointing After The Cleansing

Tuesday, September 23, 2025

Exodus 29 records the consecration of Aaron for the priesthood. For him and his sons to enter their ministry, they must first enter a sacred bath. Only after that can the oil of anointing be poured out. This is a pattern and a key. First comes the cleansing – and then the anointing. If Aaron didn’t cleanse himself, Moses couldn’t pour out on him the holy oil, and there would be no ministry to enter. So, too, there could be no anointing of Pentecost without first the cleansing, atoning sacrifice of Messiah. First the atonement and then the Spirit. First the cleansing, and then the anointing. If you are to do great and mighty things for the Lord, if you’re ever to fulfill your ministry and calling, then you need the anointing. Do you want to fulfill your calling? Then you must be anointed. Do you want to be anointed? Then be cleansed. Turn away from whatever it is that would defile you. God is waiting to anoint your life with victory, abundance, and power. But first comes your cleansing – and then your anointing.

From Message #1367 – Becoming A Royal Priest
Scripture: Ezekiel 16:9

Today’s Mission – Today, put away that which is hindering your calling – put away that sin and rise to your calling.

Aiding The Enemy Against Yourself

Monday, September 22, 2025

Satan is called “the enemy.” An enemy is one who’s against you. “An enemy” has to be the enemy of someone or something. “Enemy” is a relative word. But “the” is not a relative word. It’s objective. Thus Satan is called “the enemy” because no matter who you are, he’s your enemy. So it’s not just that “the enemy” is the enemy of God – he’s just as much personally the enemy of you. He’s the enemy of your soul. He’s personally against everything you are in God. Thus you have to start taking him personally. Whenever you engage in sin–that action, that thought, that indulgence – you’re not just engaging in the enemy’s domain, you’re actually aiding and abetting the enemy of your soul. You’re actually joining forces against yourself. So any and every partaking or indulgence in sin is actually an act of war against your own life. I Peter 2:11 says, “Abstain from fleshly lusts which war against the soul.” Stop aiding and abetting the enemy. For that sin is not only that which goes against God, it’s that which goes against you.

From Message #1365 – The Unbowed
Scripture: Luke 10:19

Today’s Mission – Today, avoid sin and aiding the enemy with hurting your life – pursue righteousness and help your Friend to bless yo

Aliyah In All Seasons

Friday, September 19, 2025

The Israelites were called to make a journey to Jerusalem, three times a year, first in spring for the Passover, second in early summer for Shavuot or Pentecost, and lastly in the autumn for Sukkot, the Feast of Tabernacles. In other words, the people of God were called to journey to Jerusalem in every season of the sacred year – at all times. And no matter where you lived, in order to journey to Jerusalem, you had to go up. Thus the journey was called “the Aliyah” or “the going up.” You, too, are called to “go up.” But not just once when you come to the Lord, and not just occasionally when you make big decisions for the Lord, but in all seasons. The Lord calls you to journey upward at all times, in every season of your life and walk, and in every circumstance. Thus, make it your commitment every day to go up and always choose the higher path. In doing that, your life will be headed only for glory – for you are called to make aliyah in every season.

From Message #1360 – The Aliyah Mystery
Scripture: Isaiah 2:3

Today’s Mission – Today, choose the path and step that will take you upward to higher ground.

The Chaos of The Plough

Thursday, September 18, 2025

No one likes their life to be shaken up. No one likes crises, turmoil, confusion, problems, dislocation, and chaos. But pretend for a moment that your life was represented by a plot of soil that was meant to produce a great harvest. If that soil was never touched and just laid still it would likely get settled and hardened. So how do you get that soil to bear much fruit? You plough it. The plough will upset the soil, turn it upside down, and make a mess of it. Only by shaking it up, by turning it over, and by causing some chaos, can the soil become loose, open, oxygenated, and ready to bear life and become fruitful. So don’t panic when you encounter crises, problems, turmoil, or you’re your life gets shaken up. It’s all the ploughing of the Spirit. God is allowing your life to be turned over, not because He doesn’t have a good purpose, but because He does. So rejoice and open yourself up, for every life that is ploughed by Him, will also be sown, and will overflow with His fruitfulness.

From Message #1357 – Plough
Scripture: Hosea 10:12

Today’s Mission – Today, if there’s any turmoil in your life, see it as the ploughing of God’s Spirit and look for the good purpose God will use it for.

You’re In With The In-Crowd

Wednesday, September 17, 2025

In 1965, the lyrics of a hit song talked about, “I’m in with the ‘In’-Crowd.” Most high schools or junior high schools have an “In Crowd,” a group of people who are considered favored or popular. Of course, it’s the group almost everyone else wants to be in. Long past high school, many spend their entire lives trying to get others to accept them – even many believers. For a lot of believers, the reason they don’t share the Gospel with others is fear of rejection. But this way of thinking is incorrect. If you’re born again, you don’t need anyone’s acceptance anymore and you don’t need to fear anyone’s rejection. If you’re born again, you’re now in God’s “In-Crowd.” You’re the one who’s accepted. Your part is to get the lost accepted into the kingdom and not worry about who accepts or rejects you because you’re already a beloved child of God. Your life should no longer focus on getting acceptance but giving acceptance. So go out to those who are outside the kingdom and bring them in – because you already are – you’re in!

From Message #1368 – Overcoming the Stones
Scripture: John 6:37

Today’s Mission – Today, don’t spend any time thinking of others accepting you – You’re accepted. But work on accepting them into the kingdom!

The Absence of Moses

Tuesday, September 16, 2025

When Moses dwelt on the mountaintop of Sinai, the people began to lose faith in the days of his absence. They began to fall into apostasy and build the golden calf. There’s a revelation about western civilization and the last days in this story. For almost two thousand years, western civilization was viewed as “Christian.” But Messiah, like Moses, went up to be with God, leaving His people below. Just as with the physical absence of Moses, the Hebrews descended into apostasy, so with the physical absence of Jesus, western civilization is descending into its own apostasy. So we shouldn’t be completely shocked to see the apostasy around us in the media, the culture, or even in the church world. All the more, it’s crucial that you live like one of the faithful in the days of the absence of Moses. All the more, don’t go along with the majority. All the more, abstain from the ways of the world. And all the more, keep your eyes above. For Messiah, like Moses, will return and will reward those who stayed faithful in the days of His absence.

From Message #1356
Scripture: Isaiah 40:10

Today’s Mission – Today, commit to do what’s right no matter what. Stand apart from the world and faithful to your coming King.

The Two Mysteries of The Adelphos

Monday, September 15, 2025

In the book of Mark, chapter 3, Messiah called us His “brother.” But the actual word used in the Greek for brother is “Adelphos,” which comes from the Greek root word “Delphos,” or “womb.” Why? A brother is someone who is born of the same womb as you. So if Messiah is our brother, what does it mean? There are two mysteries here. The first mystery is about Messiah’s incarnation. He was born into this world in flesh and blood from the same place all people come from – their mother’s womb. The second mystery is that we now have the chance to be born of heaven’s womb as Messiah also was – to be born of the Spirit in the second birth. In fact, the two mysteries are joined. Messiah was born of an earthly womb that we might be born of heaven. Or, in other words, Messiah is your adelphos, in that He so intimately joined every part of His life to your life, that you, now, would make it your aim to so intimately join every part of your life to Him – your adelphos.

From Message #1355 – Adelphos
Scripture: Mark 3:35

Today’s Mission – Today, get intimate with God in the intimacy of His presence. Let every part of your life be joined to every part of His.

The Withdrawing of The Cloud

Friday, September 12, 2025

Have there been times in your life and walk when you just didn’t feel the presence of God; when you didn’t feel the presence of His love, His favor, or His blessings? Maybe you felt He was distant or withdrawing from you. But in those times of life, there’s a blessing you may be missing. If you were in the wilderness with Moses and witnessed the presence of God withdrawing from the camp, it wouldn’t have been a bad thing but a good thing. The withdrawing of His presence was a sign that He was calling His people to get moving. It was the sign that it was time to move forward in the journey to the Promised Land. In the same way, if you’re in God’s will and you don’t feel Him as close as you did, it’s a sign that God wants you to move forward, to not live by feelings, but to seek after Him. It’s a sign He wants you to make a change in your routine, to press forward to find more of Him and to enter higher ground. So don’t get down – instead, get up and follow the cloud!

From Message #1352 – Follow The Cloud
Scripture: Numbers 9:21

Today’s Mission – Today, take time to go over all the blessings God has given you and take inventory on how rich you trul

Seeking What You Have

Thursday, September 11, 2025

Did you ever buy something and afterward realize you already had it? I’ve done that a few times. I’ve actually ordered something out of a magazine, only to discover later that I already had it but forgot. Or maybe it looked so good in that magazine that I just didn’t realize. It’s one thing to do that with an order form, but another to do that with your life. Too many believers spend their lives trying to obtain what they already have. They seek approval and love, striving after more money and wealth while missing the true love, riches and wealth they have in God. They seek for joy and happiness in what the world has to offer, when in God they have the potential for more joy than their hearts could contain. Is that you? Are you seeking for love, acceptance, recognition, riches, status, comfort, happiness, or… from people or from this world? In truth, you already have it! Start discovering the joy of the priceless blessings you already have, and you won’t spend your time seeking imitations.

From Message #1351- Watered: The Well Watered Life
Scripture: Proverbs 10:22

Today’s Mission – Today, start discovering the joy of the priceless blessings you already have.

The President’s Dream

Wednesday, September 10, 2025

We were in a Red Sea situation. The landlord was set to demolish the building where our congregation had been for fifteen years. We had to search for a new building and fast. My wife and I walked into a large furniture warehouse that was well beyond any expectations we had. The president of the company who owned the warehouse asked us to come to his office. There at his desk, he began to weep. He said to me, “I know you’re a man of God. I had a dream about you…twice this month…once this past week. In the dream, I knew you had something to do with Jesus.” My wife and I just looked at each other. God was amazingly preparing the answer before we had any idea that building would become our new place. The same is true for you-that no matter what you’re dealing with, God is already preparing the solution. He’s waiting at the finish line to tell you, “Your victory was here all along.” So press on. For all you have to do is keep going – and you’ll get there.

From Message #1349 – The Awesome God & The House Of Glory I
Scripture: Ephesians 2:10

Today’s Mission – Today, in whatever trial you are going through, be confident in the fact that God is going before you and has your victory waiting up ahead.

The Tabernacle of His Peace

Tuesday, September 9, 2025

In the ancient Hebrew prayer and chant called the “Hashkiveinu,” these words are spoken: “Spread over us the Tabernacle of Your peace” – or in Hebrew, “the Sukkah of Your shalom.” It’s a strange prayer and a strange picture-those praying ask God to spread over them His Tabernacle. But in Revelation 7:9, you find a vision of a great multitude of people standing before the throne, clothed in white robes, holding palm branches in their hands, which is what the Jewish people held in their hands on the Feast of Tabernacles or Sukkot. And then Revelation 7:15 says this: “And He who sits on the throne will spread His Tabernacle over them. Again, it’s an odd picture and it’s the same exact words of the ancient Hebrew prayer. God wants His people to dwell under His Sukkah, the Tabernacle of His Shalom. A Sukkah can be set up anywhere. So no matter where you are today, no matter what the situation, or what the problem, ask God to spread over you the Tabernacle of His peace, and, for your part, start dwelling in it!

From Message #1347 – The Feast of Tabernacles
Scripture: Psalm 27:5

Today’s Mission – Today, ask God to spread over you the Tabernacle of His peace. And learn what it is to dwell underneath it!

Messiah’s Garden of Death

Monday, September 8, 2025

When sin entered the world on the day of man’s fall, God took man out of a garden of life. On the day when sin was put to death, the opposite happened: man took God down from the cross and into a garden of death – the garden tomb. In the Song of Solomon, the bride says of the Bridegroom, “Awake, oh north wind, and come wind of south, and blow upon my garden that the spices may flow out.” So man brought God into a garden of death, and there laid upon him spices, which come from a garden. So also in the Song of Solomon, the bride says, “Let my Beloved come into His garden.” The tomb of God is a garden tomb – meaning, it isn’t merely a tomb, the place of endings – it’s a garden, the place of beginnings and life. For all life in God now comes out of that tomb. So don’t be afraid of entering Messiah’s tomb, and letting the old die. For it’s not just a tomb – it’s a garden tomb, and those who enter it will find true life.

From Message #1170 – The Gardener
Scripture: Song of Solomon 5:1

Today’s Mission – Today, let the past go, die to self, and be raised to life in the work of Messiah.

The Ant Hero & The Dumb Ant

Friday, September 5, 2025

I once was attempting to show mercy to an ant. I was trying to lead it around some obstacles in its path to freedom outside. I was trying to be an ant-hero. But the problem was, I was dealing with an especially dumb ant. It kept going the wrong way, no matter what I did. Now ants do indeed have brains the size of very tiny breadcrumbs. But this ant didn’t have to have a high I.Q. All it needed to do was to trust me. Had it trusted me, that ant would have functioned as if it had possessed super-intelligence compared to its fellow ants — functioning on the reasoning of a human brain. However, compared to God, our intelligence is even less than that of a breadcrumb-sized brain. So if you’re wise, you won’t rely on your own intelligence and understanding. If you do, you’ll be living like that dumb ant. But if you trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding, then the Lord will direct your path and you won’t live your life like a dumb ant.

From Message #1342 – And He Will Direct Your Path
Scripture: Proverbs 8:33

Today’s Mission – Today, don’t rely on your own understanding, but seek to be led in all things by the Spirit, the wisdom, and the mind of God.

The God Coin

Thursday, September 4, 2025

Messiah asked those who were testing him about paying taxes, “Whose image is on this coin?” They answered, “Caesar’s.” To which He responded, “Then render to Caesar the things that are Caesars, and render to God the things that are God’s.” In other words, if the coin bears the image of Caesar, then it belongs to Caesar and must be given to him. But Genesis 1:27 says that man bears the image of God. Thus, as a coin is to Caesar – so you are to God. If you bear God’s image, then you rightfully belong to Him, and if you belong to Him, you must render, or give yourself to Him. It’s the only natural and proper thing to do – since we already belong to Him. And beyond that, it reveals that if you don’t’ give yourself totally and wholly for God, then your life is lived in debt. In fact, your life becomes a stolen property or an illegal substance. That’s why when you do your own thing with your life, it never works out. Something is always wrong. So render unto God today that thing that is God’s – namely you!

From Message #1340 – The Weights Of The Scale
Scripture: 1 Kings 8:61

Today’s Mission – Today, resist doing your own thing and give yourself totally and wholly to God.

Exceeding The Orthodox

Wednesday, September 3, 2025

Orthodox Jews live by the Laws of Moses as interpreted by their rabbis. Virtually everything in their life is governed by law or one tradition or another. Think of how zealous they are, how careful, how vigilant they are in following what they know of God. How does that compare with most believers? Do most believers you know treat the Word of God as seriously, or as reverently as the Orthodox treat their laws and traditions? Chances are they don’t. Chances are, you may not either. And yet Messiah told us that between the two – the righteousness of the Pharisees, and the righteousness of His disciples, it is to be the righteousness of the disciples under the New Covenant, which is greater. You in the New Covenant are to be more devoted, zealous, loving, pure, self-disciplined, giving, studious, reverent, and more holy than they. If that is not the case, start making it so today. For the New Covenant is not lower but higher than the Old. Thus the disciples of Messiah are to be more holy and vigilant than the Orthodox.

From Message #1337 – The Nazir: Apostles and Skinheads
Scripture: John 14:15

Today’s Mission – Today, set out to be more devoted, zealous, loving, pure, self-disciplined, giving, studious, reverent, and holy.

The Cup Strategy

Tuesday, September 2, 2025

A famous evangelist was dining with his acquaintances. One of them asked how to overcome sin. The evangelist filled his glass with water and asked, “Can you pour your drink into this glass?” “No,” the one answered, “How could I? The glass is full.” “Exactly!” said the evangelist, “And that’s your answer.” The evangelist was right. The answer is in the cup being full. You don’t overcome sin by trying not to sin, or temptation by trying not to be tempted. It doesn’t matter how much you try – if your cup is empty, you’re going to be vulnerable to sin. But if you fill yourself up with God, you won’t have any room to be filled with anything else. And even better than a full cup, is an overflowing cup. An overflowing cup can hardly be touched or polluted. If you fill yourself up with God and overflow with His joy, His Spirit, His presence, and His love, the enemy won’t be able to do anything – and there won’t be any sin you can’t overcome. So practice the secret of overcoming all sin. It’s as simple as an overflowing cup.

From Message #1333 – The Beelzebub Solution
Scripture: Psalm 23:5

Today’s Mission – Today, fill yourself up with God and overflow with His joy, His Spirit, His presence, and His love.

THE AVATAR

Monday, September 1, 2025

Shalom, to you my Friend and Co-Minister in the Great Commission…
I always want to share with you an advance on the newest book. As I write this, it’s just about to come out (will be out this month) – THE AVATAR: The Return of the Ancients & the Future of America. I’ve been told that my books are explosive – but this one may be my most explosive book ever. It is so explosive that I don’t even know how much I’ll able to reveal when I go on television and the internet to do interviews – But I want to give you a taste.
The Return of the Gods ends with the war of the “gods” or spirits for the future of America, for the takeover and dominion of our culture. The Avatar takes up where The Return of the Gods left off – but takes the mystery into new realms. What if these gods or spirits entered into our government? What would happen? What is already happening?
And what about the avatars – the living representations or images of gods and goddesses? What could they have to do with the modern world? Is it possible that a modern American leader is, by this definition, an avatar of a spirit, or god? And if so, which one, and what does it mean for our future?
Could a mystery going back to the ancient kings and queens of Israel in the Bible hold the key to virtually every major American leader and presidential election of recent times? Could it lie behind the return of Donald Trump to power? Could it have determined the exact years of his presidency? Could the fact that he was nearly assassinated in Butler, Pennsylvania, be connected to an ancient priesthood?
The Avatar will open up the mystery of the black obelisk, the god of madness, the Olympian mystery, the mind-blowing mystery of Sharad Purnima and the night of the visitation, the trickster god, the cosmic queen, the lake of gods, and much, much more. In The Avatar, I will even share the encounters I witnessed with my own eyes concerning the “gods” in the nations. The Avatar will also reveal the answer – and what we need to know and do in the days ahead and in the time we’ve been given.
Please pray that God will powerfully use The Avatar. It should right now be available online on Amazon, Christian Books, Barnes & Noble, Walmart, and everywhere – as well as at bookstores. You can also order copies through Hope of the World. But pray that it would touch multitudes, wake up others, and save those who need to be saved.
This month, let us pray for God to touch America and the world for revival. It’s the only thing that can save. And may God greatly bless you as you do!

Your brother and co-laborer

in His love and service,

The Circle of The Bride

Friday, August 29, 2025

In the traditional Jewish wedding before the moment of joining, the bride must circle the groom seven times. It’s a sort of dance of love, a sign that the bride is going to center her life around her bridegroom. Everything she does is, in some way, going to revolve around her beloved. The Bible calls Messiah the Bridegroom and His followers, His bride. So in the same way that the Hebrew bride must circle her bridegroom, so the congregation must also circle her Bridegroom, her Beloved Messiah. And if you are His bride, then you need to do the same, to live your life as a dance of circles around your Beloved. It means you revolve everything in your life around Him. You revolve your day around Him. You revolve your family and home life around Him. You revolve your work life around Him. You revolve your thought life around Him. You revolve your dreams, and hopes, and plans around Him. You revolve your life: everything you do and are, around Him. Then your life will become a beautiful dance of love from the bride around Her Beloved.

From Message #1327 – The Age Of The Huppah
Scripture: Revelation 19:7

Today’s Mission – Today, revolve everything you do, say, and are around Him. Dance around your Bridegroom.

The Name on The Cubes

Thursday, August 28, 2025

I was watching some people playing the game “Boggle” where you shake up cubes with letters and then try to make words out of the adjacent letters. The people playing weren’t believers. When they finished coming up with their words, I said to them, “There’s one word everyone missed.” “What word,” they asked? “Jesus – Look it’s right there.” And of course, it was. Then I added, “Isn’t it something how you can miss something even though it’s right in front of your eyes?” They didn’t appreciate my comment. But it’s true – and not just for unbelievers, but even for believers. Even Mary Magdalene didn’t recognize Messiah, though he was right in front of her eyes. There are times in your walk when you won’t see, feel, or sense God’s presence, or His love. But no matter what you see or feel… He’s there, right beside you. He always keeps His word and He promised He would never leave you.

From Message #1326 – The Fire and the Sword
Scripture: Hebrews 10:23

Today’s Mission – Today, no matter what you see or feel, live by faith, strengthen what you know is true – the reality, the power, and the goodness of God.

My own Fireworks Display

Wednesday, August 27, 2025

I had a friend who had a dramatic experience coming to the Lord, so I thought that this is how it was for every salvation – that when you come to the Lord, you get some kind of sign indicating you made it in. So when I prayed to receive the Lord, I was expecting something, some sign- the sound of a bell, a trumpet, fireworks, anything, telling me I was received, but there was nothing, no fireworks. 20 years later I returned to the place where I received the Lord – on a mountaintop – at night. As I reached the place where I prayed, something caught my eye – to my right was a display of fireworks. So after 20 years of serving the Lord, He finally gave me my firework display. The Lord calls us to live a life of faith. To serve Him even when you see no sign of blessing or reward. Even when it’s hard, do the right thing, keep going – because your reward will surely come, no matter what, and the one who lives by faith will be blessed – even with a display of fireworks.

From Message #1324 – Secret Of Mars Hill
Scripture: 2 Corinthians 5:7

Today’s Mission – Today, even when it’s hard, do the right thing, keep going, and live strong in faith.

Japan’s Ambassador & The Enemy’s Strategy

Tuesday, August 26, 2025

In 1941, the Japanese ambassador was in Washington D.C. It seemed he was there to seek peace. But at the same moment, the Japanese empire was about to launch the attack on Pearl Harbor. They had sent their ambassador to Washington as a distraction so that the American government would have no clue what was about to happen. Distraction is a key strategy of warfare. The aim is to keep one’s enemy bogged down with falsehood or non-essential battles – that he loses the real war. The enemy also uses distractions to take you away from your calling and your victory. He wants you to get caught up in issues which mean nothing, secondary doctrines, personal rivalries, pointless worries, fruitless endeavors. He wants you so bogged down with losing battles so that you stay far away from the good fight you’re called to fight. And you’ll be so exhausted in the wrong fight, that you’ll lose the war. So all the more fix your eyes straight ahead, and don’t be moved. For the devil is in the distraction.

From Message #1325 – The Strategies Of Warfare I
Scripture: 1 Timothy 1:4

Today’s Mission – Today, fix your eyes straight ahead and don’t be distracted from your purpose.

Maya

Monday, August 25, 2025

Eastern religions and new age philosophies hold to a concept called maya. Maya means that everything is an illusion. But that creates a problem because if everything’s an illusion, how could you ever know it – that too would be an illusion. Without truth, how would you determine an illusion, and if everything is an illusion, a lie, then what choice does anyone have? Eastern religion is ultimately hopeless. On the other hand, the Bible never says that reality is an illusion. Rather, it declares that Truth is real. Thus, where there is truth, there is also falsehood. And where there is truth and falsehood, there is a choice. Therefore in biblical faith, everyone has a choice. God says, “Choose life.” Every moment of your life, every moment of your day, there are choices; choices between good and evil, truth and falsehood, the spirit and the flesh, and God’s best and everything else. Make the right choice, and every choice will propel you up to the next level. For Messiah is the Truth – and it’s for us to choose Him, every day, every moment.

From Message #1317 – Ministering In The Heavenlies
Scripture: Zechariah 8:16

Today’s Mission – Today, make the right choices by choosing what the Word of God says over everything else.

The Supernaturally Practical

Friday, August 22, 2025

Rabbi Shaul, or Saul, the apostle Paul, was one of the most influential people who ever walked the earth. He changed the world. He changed history. He lived a practical life, a strategic life, and an effective life. But notice something else about him. He also was a man of the Spirit. He would pray and fall into a trance. He would receive supernatural words and dreams. Paul treasured being intimate with God. That’s why he was able to do such great things. That’s why he was unstoppable and why he changed the world. Prayer is not often seen as something practical, but prayer is the most practical of things. Without prayer, everything else you do, every plan, every effort, every work, will be hindered. It will be like walking against the wind. But with prayer, everything else will fall into place. So if you want to do great things. If you want to live an effective and powerful life… then be practical – get into God’s presence. Become a person of prayer and the Spirit. Yes, it’s supernatural – but it’s the most practical thing you can do!

From Message #1320 – The Intimate One
Scripture: 1 Thessalonians 5:17

Today’s Mission – Today, get into God’s presence. Practice being a person of prayer and the Spirit.

The Reason for America

Thursday, August 21, 2025

Jamestown was the first permanent English settlement in the New World. From its planting grew American civilization. So what was America founded on? What was its founding purpose? You can find it in the founding document of Jamestown – the Virginian Charter. It says this: “… to the glory of His Divine Majesty in propagating of Christian religion to such people as yet live in darkness and miserable ignorance of the true knowledge and worship of God…” So why was America established according to its earliest founding document? America was founded for the glory of God, the spreading of the faith of the Gospel, and to be a light to bring those in darkness to salvation. Today, more and more, we are seeing America fall farther and farther away from its founding vision. What should we do? Pray. Pray for this nation. And now more than ever, you be that light. Live your life all the more for the glory of God and to be a light to the darkness. For the darker it gets, the more the light must shine.

From Message #1319 – America’s 400th Birthday
Scripture: Matthew 5:15-16

Today’s Mission – Today, pray for this nation. Live your life all the more for the glory of God and to be a light to the darkness.

The Power of The Bikor

Wednesday, August 20, 2025

Messiah rose as the firstfruits of the dead during the season of Passover. The timing is amazingly perfect since Passover is also the season of the firstfruits. It was in the Exodus from Egypt that God gave to Israel the law of the firstfruits. In Exodus 13:1, He says, “Sanctify to me all the firstborn – whatever opens the womb among the children of Israel…” So the law of the firstborn takes place at the very time that Israel is being “born” out of the womb of Egypt. In Hebrew, the word for the firstfruit is “Bikor.” “Bikor” literally means, “the one who breaks forth,” “the one who opens the womb.” So it’s no accident that at the season of “the opening” and “breaking forth,” Messiah opened the tomb and broke forth! And for you who are in Him, you too have the power of the Bikor. No matter what you’re going through, no matter what the problem, what the obstacle, what the situation, no matter what, you’ve got the power to break forth and break through. So use it, for Messiah is not only the Firstfruit – He’s the Bikor!

From Message #2030 – The Power of the Firstfruitful
Scripture: John 15:2

Today’s Mission – Today, whatever situation you find yourself in, use the power of the Bikor to break forth and break through.

The Anti-Dunamis

Tuesday, August 19, 2025

In Luke 10:19, Messiah says this: “I give you power to tread on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy.” But in the original Greek of the New Testament, it’s not the power of the enemy – it’s the dunamis. Dunamis is the same word used of the Holy Spirit. So what does it reveal to us? The enemy has a dunamis; a power of his own, and he uses his dunamis to attack you, hinder you, frustrate you, make you fall, defeat you, and destroy you. So how do you overcome his dunamis? You can only overcome the dunamis of the enemy by the Dunamis of God. And the Dunamis of God is only found and given in the Holy Spirit. How do you overcome the enemy’s power, his schemes against you, the temptation and pull of sin? You do it by the Dunamis of the Holy Spirit. Fight your fight a new way, overcome the power of sin, by going on the offense – practice moving in the Spirit, and you won’t fulfill the lusts of the flesh – and you’ll overcome the dunamis of the enemy.

From Message #1322 – Dunamis
Scripture: Romans 8:9

Today’s Mission – Today, fight your fight a new way, overcome the power of sin, by going on the offense in the dunamis of God’s Spirit.

Ministering to a Satan Worshiper

Monday, August 18, 2025

When I was a new believer, I was asked to minister to a young woman who was a Satan worshiper. I asked her, “Why would you worship Satan?” She said that she figured if she worshiped him, then hell wouldn’t be a bad place to go, but a blessing. She saw Satan as a kind of noble rebel and wanted to side with the underdog. I realized something. She was confused, but beneath it all, her longing was for God. There’s no greater underdog than Messiah, who was put on trial as a rebel, killed by the rulers of this world, crucified and laid in a tomb. There has never been a greater underdog than that. She ended up receiving Yeshua-Jesus as her Lord. When Paul was in Athens, he found the altar to the unknown God. Even in such a pagan place, there was a longing, an opening for God. Even in the darkest place, in the most ungodly soul, there’s always an opening for God. So never give up! Search for it, and you’ll find it, for there’s always an altar to the unknown God – even for those Satan worshipers.

From Message #1324 – Secret Of Mars Hill
Scripture: Psalm 96:3

Today’s Mission – Today, ask for wisdom and then search for an opening to share the love of God with someone who needs it.

The Untrembling Hand

Friday, August 15, 2025

The Emancipation Proclamation officially abolished slavery in the South. It was brought to Abraham Lincoln’s desk on January 1, 1863. Lincoln picked up a pen, dipped it in ink, and unrolled the document. He was about to sign it when he hesitated. He laid down his pen and did nothing for several minutes. His hand was tired, and he was afraid it might tremble as he signed the document and that his trembling would cause people to think that he hesitated in signing what would be the greatest act of his life. After resting his hand a few minutes, Lincoln again picked up his pen and wrote with a firm hand, “Abraham Lincoln.” One of the secrets of living a life of greatness is not only doing what’s right, but doing what’s right with all your heart, without hesitation, or wavering. The Bible tells us to do all things wholeheartedly. Therefore, whatever you can’t do with your whole heart – stop doing it. But, on the other hand, if something is right, then do it with all your heart, without hesitation or wavering and like Abraham Lincoln, with a very firm hand.

From Message #539 – The Power of Being One
Scripture: 1 Samuel 12:24

Today’s Mission – Today, do what’s right in the sight of God with all your heart, all out, with full assurance, and without any wavering.

The Empire That Had To Fall

Thursday, August 14, 2025

The land of Israel had been under the rule of the Islamic Ottoman Empire for four centuries. But being Muslim, the empire was hardly sympathetic with the idea of the Jewish people returning to the land of Israel. And yet the Bible said it would happen. So what happened? The First World War happened. And because of a series of geopolitical factors, the Ottoman Turkish Empire became involved in the conflict and sided with Germany against the British Empire. And because of that war, the great and many-centuries old Ottoman Empire suddenly collapsed. The British entered Jerusalem and granted the Jewish people the right to return to their homeland. The words of the ancient Hebrew prophecies were fulfilled. Think about that. God allowed the whirlwind of history to cause the collapse of the Ottoman Empire, in order to be faithful to His people and to fulfill His promise. That same God will work all things together, even the entire world, and every event of human history, for your good and to fulfill the promise of your life.

From Message #1312 – The Apocalypse of Palms
Scripture: Micah 4:7

Today’s Mission – Today, take time to look back at your life to see all the things God did and worked together so that you could be where you are today. Take time to thank Him for it.

The Rock of all Rejections

Wednesday, August 13, 2025

Psalms 118:22 says, “The stone which the builders rejected has become the chief cornerstone.” In Hebrew, the word used for rejected is the word “ma’as.” Messiah is the stone, and according to the Hebrew “ma’as” – He, as the stone, would be spurned, abhorred, held in contempt, despised, and loathed. And so He was. But “ma’as” also means “cut off” – a Biblical way of saying “killed.” Messiah was killed – crucified. If Messiah Yeshua, Jesus fulfilled the first part of that ancient prophecy, then He will fulfill the second part as well. “The rejected stone will become the chief cornerstone.” He’ll be lifted up as the final and most glorious crowning stone of the Kingdom of Israel. That’s the way of Messiah, the Cornerstone. And if you are His follower, then it’s true for you too. As you follow the Lord, every rejection, pain, wound, and wrong you’ve ever suffered will be turned around for your good as the Lord lifts you up and turns every sorrow to glory. For that is the final chapter of the Stone of Contempt.

From Message #1313 – The Mystery of the Rosh Pinah
Scripture: Isaiah 28:16

Today’s Mission – Today, bring every wrong, pain, wound, and rejection you’ve known to the Lord. Let go of it and trust Him to turn everything around for good.

The Ministry of Darkness

Tuesday, August 12, 2025

When the astronomer Edwin Frost of the Yerkes Observatory was nearing his death, he was asked, “Doctor, are you afraid to die?” Frost, who had lost his eyesight, smiled and shook his head, “I’ve seen too many stars to be afraid of the night.” Most people think of the night as something negative, or something of absence. But to an astronomer, night is the time of revelation, of mysteries, and fullness. It’s the night that reveals the stars. Take this attitude of the astronomer to every part of your life. See the dark times of your life in a new way. They are there to reveal the blessings and faithfulness of God – even the lights of God. For the righteous shine as stars. When? At night. For stars and astronomers, the night is the time of shining, and blessing. Therefore, don’t fear the dark times, the hard times, or the bad times. For it’s in the night when the stars shine most bright. Don’t focus on the dark, but focus on shining. And remember that it’s at night when God’s blessings and faithfulness also shine. And you’ve seen too many stars to be afraid of the night.

From Message #1774 – Secrets of the Night
Scripture: Isaiah 60:1

Today’s Mission – Today, don’t fear the darkness, but use it for God’s glory. Become the blessing in your circumstance and the light in your darkness.

The Confirmation From My Car Radio

Monday, August 11, 2025

When I was asked to go into full-time ministry, I was sitting in a diner. I left the diner and got into my car and turned on the radio. The man speaking was quoting from Malachi 2:7. He said, “The lips of a priest are to preserve knowledge and men are to seek the law from his mouth as a messenger of the LORD of hosts.” But he didn’t say the word “priest.” Instead, he used the original Hebrew word “cohain.” Cohain is the root word for my last name “Cahn.” It’s linked to my heritage in the house of Aaron. It was the first confirmation of my calling. More than that, it’s a confirmation that God has a calling on each of our lives; a calling that fulfills everything we are, and that everything in our life is to be redeemed or used for His glory. So, too, if you give everything in your life to God, God will use it for His glory. Give everything in your life to Him. Give Him your unconditional “yes,” and He will reveal and fulfill the mystery of your life.

From Message #1309 – Apples Of Gold
Scripture: Proverbs 3:5

Today’s Mission – Today, give God your unconditional yes to follow Him, submit to His will, and minister for His purposes – and let Him reveal the next step and the destiny of your life.

The Missiles of Saddam and The Shelter of God

Friday, August 8, 2025

In the days of the Gulf War, Saddam Hussein was sending scud missiles into the land of Israel, aiming especially for its Jewish cities. During one attack, about 200 people gathered together to seek shelter inside a building. The missile struck their building, and it came crashing down. There was a smell of burning sulfur, and a thick cloud of dust filled the room. When the explosion was over, and the dust began to clear, everyone was in total astonishment to learn that not one of the 200 people were touched. God promised Israel He would keep them and that no matter what evil came against them, they would survive. And the proof of God’s Word is the existence of the nation of Israel itself. If you’re born again, you’re a citizen of the commonwealth of Israel. And so you too have a promise. Whatever is against you, problem, threat, danger, trouble, conflict… far greater than anything against you – is He who is for you. And as you trust in Him, you will be kept.

From Message #1308 – The Mystery of the Berah
Scripture: Genesis 17:7

Today’s Mission – Today, don’t fear your problems or anything that is set against you. Focus instead on the much stronger power of the One who is for you.

The Enemy’s Whistle Call

Thursday, August 7, 2025

When I was a child, I remember being in a car with my mother. She was parking next to a sidewalk, and an old man with a mustache and a whistle came running out blasting his little whistle. He didn’t want anyone parking in front of his house. So if he saw a car parking there, he ran out with his whistle. Most people would move because they believed they were parking illegally. But the truth was, there was nothing illegal about it, and the man had absolutely no authority to do what he was doing. But as long as he convinced people that he did have the authority, then he did. As long as they believed him, they took off. So it is with the enemy. The enemy has no real authority. But if you believe that he does, he will. The voice of sin, temptation, fear, gloom, panic, despair, and darkness – has no authority. That means you don’t have to obey it or even pay it any mind. The next time the enemy tells you to do something, you just ignore it. He’s only blowing his whistle.

From Message #1307 – The Cosmic Haman
Scripture: Psalm 44:5

Today’s Mission – Today, listen to the voice of Messiah and ignore all those other voices of sin, fear, bitterness, temptation, and gloom.

Doing What You Can’t Do

Wednesday, August 6, 2025

Luke 5 records Messiah telling a paralyzed man to get up and go home. Now think about that. What is He asking of the man? To rise up, take up his cot, and go home. What’s strange about that? The man is paralyzed. But He’s asking a paralyzed man to do what paralyzed men cannot do. And it doesn’t say that the man was healed before he rose up. The man had to do what he could not do – and in that was the miracle. In the same way, Messiah commands you to do what you cannot do, to live a life you cannot live, and to walk a walk you cannot walk. God doesn’t want you to live according to what you are, but according to what He’s called you to be and to do. Stop living limited by what you can and cannot do. Start living by faith, by His power, by His miracle, and by what He’s called you to become. Live as if you could do what you can’t do, and by His power, you’ll do it. It’s as simple as rising up.

From Message #1305 – The Perfect Bowler
Scripture: 2 Corinthians 5:7

Today’s Mission – Today, do all things by faith, by His power, by His miracle, and by what He’s called you to become. And in that, do what you can’t do and have never done before!

The Infinite Answer

Tuesday, August 5, 2025

The “triune nature of God” is one of the most controversial of doctrines. People, nonbelievers, and cult leaders have argued against it for ages. Even believers struggle with it. The simple truth, when it comes to mathematics is that 1 cannot be 3 and 3 cannot be 1. But there’s a secret here. Those laws only apply when you’re dealing with finite entities – finite numbers. But the Bible declares that God is not finite – but infinite. So we have to look at the realm of infinite entities or infinities. What does 1 infinity + 1 infinity +1 infinity equal? 1 infinity! 1 infinity divided by 3 still equals 1 infinity. Thus, the infinity of God plus the infinity of God plus the Infinity of God equals…. The infinity of God. Can we fully understand infinity? No. Nor can we fully comprehend God – and we don’t have to. Rather we just have to believe in Him. For there is no real problem with the tri-unity of God – the only problem is how to open up our hearts, our minds, and our faith to that which is so much bigger.

From Message #1304 – The Infinity Solution
Scripture: 1 Corinthians 8:6

Today’s Mission – Today, open up your heart, your mind, and your faith to contain what is larger than your heart and mind – the overflowing and unending presence, mercies, and goodness of God.

Your Own Melchizedek

Monday, August 4, 2025

The high priest of Israel could never become king, nor could the king ever become the high priest. The kingship and the priesthood were two separate bloodlines and tribes -They could never be joined. Yet, in the book of Zechariah, God calls the prophet to place the crown on the high priest’s head and prophesy of “One” called “the Branch” who would be both king and priest. Who is that One? Messiah Yeshua, Jesus, who is both King, of the royal line of Israel, and High Priest after the order of Melchizadek. The name of the high priest upon whom the crown was placed was “Joshua” or “Yehoshua” in Hebrew. “Yeshua” is a form of the same name; Nehemiah 8:17. Even that points to the identity of Messiah the Branch – Jesus. Thus, no one was allowed to be both king and priest but Messiah. Messiah is always more than you think He is, better than you believe He is, and more wonderful. So get to know Him even more, because when it comes to Him, there’s no end to how much more there is to know.

From Message #1301 – The Melchizedek Mystery
Scripture: Psalm 110:4

Today’s Mission – Today, take time to get to know more of your Messiah than you do now, because there is so much more of Him to know.

The Power of Talking To Walls

Wednesday, July 30, 2025

The story is told of an Israeli on a visit to a friend in America. His friend takes him to McDonalds where they go through the drive through, give their order and then to the window to pick up their burgers and fries. The Israeli is amazed and has tears in his eyes. “Why are you so amazed and so emotional?” his friend asks him. “Because,” says the Israeli, “in America you talk to a wall and out comes a hamburger, shake, and fries. In Israel, we’ve been talking to a wall for 2000 years and not once have we ever gotten a hamburger!” Talking to walls… it’s a Jewish tradition. The Jewish people have lifted up prayers at the Western Wall from ancient times. God’s people are to talk to walls… and mountains… and obstacles… and barriers. The Lord has given you the power to say to the mountain. “Be removed.” And if you can talk to mountains, then how much more to that problem and hindrance in your life. Go ahead, do it, by the authority of Messiah. You may not get a hamburger, but you will get a victory!

From Message #1290 – The Mountain & The Menorah
Scripture: Psalm 20:5

Today’s Mission – Today, speak to that wall, mountain, obstacle or barrier to be removed by the authority of Messiah and get a victory.

SCIENTISTS FIND “ADAM AND EVE”

Friday, August 1, 2025

Shalom, to you my Friend and Co-Minister in the Great Commission…
It is one of the most contested elements of the Biblical account:
So God created man in his own image… male and female, He created them.
The Bible begins with the account of creation, crowned with the creation of a man and a woman. The man is called Ahdome or Adam meaning red, from the red earth from which he was formed, and the woman is called Chavah, or Eve, meaning Giver of Life. Of course, critics of the Bible have always attacked the account as being a myth. But recent headlines have proclaimed that scientists believe they now have evidence of Adam and Eve.
Before getting to what the scientists have discovered, do we have other evidence for the account of Adam and Eve in Genesis? According to the Scriptures, man began in the Garden of Eden. Do we have any idea of Eden’s location. The account identifies the site by four rivers. The identity of two of the four are contested, but the identity of the other two is beyond debate. They are the Tigris and the Euphrates. The Tigris and Euphrates rivers are located in the Middle East, specifically in the region known as Mesopotamia. Mesopotamia, literally means Between the Rivers. The Tigris and Euphrates flow through what is now eastern Syria, northwestern Turkey, and a large part of Iraq.
Is this significant? It is. For Mesopotamia is cited by historians as the cradle of civilization. In other words, it just so happens that civilization began between the rivers, the same rivers where the Bible declares man or civilization began.
But is there more? If humanity was descended from Adam and Eve, then the genetic code of every human being would have to be linked to one man and one woman. It is recent discoveries in genetic studies that have led to such headlines as Scientists are now claiming to possess evidence that Adam and Eve “really did exist.” Examining the genetic evidence, scientists concluded that there existed what they call a “Mitochondrial Eve,” one woman from whom all women in the world are descended. Using the same line of reasoning and research with regard to the Y chromosome, the scientists concluded that humanity also descended from one man, a “Genetic Adam.”
While their ideas of the chronology of that descent would differ from that of the Bible, the significance of their conclusions is that determining that all human beings are descended from the same man and the same woman is consistent with the biblical account. Even the scientists, in commenting on the findings invoke the Adam and Eve of Genesis.
It was just recently that the headlines read, Scientists Discover Noah’s Ark. And, now this! Do we need scientists to confirm what the Bible says? No. Our faith does not rest on such. But it is striking how much of modern-day science, genetics, archeology, geology, biology, and historical research are confirming what the Bible said thousands of years ago.
This month take the Word of God at full strength, believe it, go with it, live it, overcome in it – And may God greatly bless you as you do!

Your brother and co-laborer

The Communists Who Preached Messiah

Thursday, July 31, 2025

There was a believer imprisoned for his faith under Communist rule. He was being interrogated and tortured. “Give me one proof that Jesus even existed, for you know He never did,” his interrogater taunted him. The believer responded, “I only believe what the official Communist newspaper, Pravda, says about Jesus.” “What do you mean?” said the interrogator. “You have a paper right there,” said the believer, “Tell me what it says next to the title, what are those number?” The interrogator read out loud, “1951.” “1951,” years from what,” said the prisoner.? “One thousand nine hundred fifty-one years from the birth of Jesus. This is the official Communist position. It cannot be based on a lie so I’m only following the Communist position when I say that Jesus is real and His life is so important that we should base all other events upon it.” If even the Communist newspaper, in effect, proclaimed the life of Messiah, how much more should you proclaim it, and spread it? Be bold about it and unashamed. For Messiah is so real, that even His enemies proclaim Him… how much more must you… His friend.

From Message #1292 – The Playroma Chronos
Scripture: Psalm 20:7

Today’s Mission – Today, proclaim Messiah! Be bold and unashamed about it. For you serve the King of the universe.

he Power of Talking To Walls

The Pagan Temple of God

Tuesday, July 29, 2025

The Temple in Jerusalem was the dwelling place of God’s presence. But in the days of Antiochus Epiphanes, an idol was set up in the holy place. From that moment on, the Temple ceased to be the Temple of God. It was no longer a holy place. No longer was it the dwelling place of God’s presence. It became, for all intents and purposes, an empty building. Only when the Maccabees reclaimed the Temple, removed the idol, and cleansed it, could it be restored to God’s purposes and presence. 2 Corinthians 6:16 says: “For we are the Temple of the Living God.” But if you let idols into your life, the glory of God will be withdrawn, and your walk and heart will be left empty. That’s what idols do to the presence and glory of God. Have you lost the fullness of His glory? Is your heart empty? Search for, and destroy any idols in your heart. For when you remove the idols and open your heart to the Lord, your life and heart will be filled again to overflowing with the glory of the Living God.

From Message #1289 – The Effect Of Jupiter On Jerusalem
Scripture: Psalm 139:23,24

Today’s Mission – Today, ask the Lord to show you any idol you may have in your life. Put out that idol and replace it with the flowing of the Spirit.

Jonathan and The Judge

Monday, July 28, 2025

When I was 19 years old, I was hit by a locomotive train and by a miracle, not killed. That’s what led me to the Lord. At the same time, after being hit by the train, I was given a summons to appear in court. I came prepared with arguments, defenses, and photographs. But the judge didn’t want to hear any of it. Instead he completely dismissed all the charges. I was still trying to give my presentation as my father motioned “He just dismissed the charges, leave the judge alone, and get out of the court!” It was a sort of foreshadowing of salvation. As believers, we so often try to convince God to bless us, to love us, to provide for us, to protect and defend us. But we don’t have to. He’s the One who had to convince us to be saved. He loves us freely. And He gladly has chosen to give us the kingdom. So stop trying to convince God what you want and let Him convince you of the love and blessings He wants to give you – when you rest your case at the Judge’s Bench.

From Message #1288 – Gladly
Scripture: Matthew 11:28

Today’s Mission – Today, don’t try to convince God of anything, but instead focus on letting God convince you of His grace, His love, His mercy, and His plans for your life

The Pagan Hymn That Was Used For God

Friday, July 25, 2025

When the apostle Paul spoke on Mars Hills in Athens, he did an interesting thing. In Acts 17:28, he quoted from pagan Greek writers including a quote from a hymn to Zeus. How could this be? How could he use something so pagan for such a holy purpose? Paul quoted them to aid in defending and spreading the Gospel. He took a truth which was expressed and applied it to build a bridge to speak of the One True God. Paul determined to use all things at his disposal to spread the Gospel; to be as a Gentile to the Gentiles, in order that people would come to salvation. In the same way, you need to have the same heart, to be so zealous for salvation, to use all things in your life for the glory, the purposes, and the heart of God for the salvation of the lost. Use every situation, every circumstance, everything you have and know for the glory of God. For if Paul could use part of a hymn to Zeus to accomplish God’s purposes, then there is nothing in your life that cannot be used likewise.

From Message #1286 – Apostles And Pagans
Scripture: Ephesians 6:19

Today’s Mission – Today, use everything you have and know to spread the Gospel for the glory of God

The Birth of Ben Hur

Thursday, July 24, 2025

Once two men were on a train discussing the life of Messiah. Both were unbelievers. One of them suggested that the other should write a book to disprove the Gospel. The man who made the suggestion was Colonel Ingersoll, a famous atheist. The man who wrote the book was Lew Wallace, a general in the Civil War. Wallace’s intent was on tearing down Jesus. But as he set out to write his book, he became more and more convinced that Jesus was true. Instead of attacking Messiah, the book ended up lifting him up. The book was called “Ben Hur.” And through the book and later the movies, millions would see Jesus as the Son of God. It just goes to show you, if God can take an attack against Jesus and turn it into “Ben Hur,” how much more he will work all things in your life for good. So be blessed and give thanks even for the problems and even for those things the enemy meant for evil. For in the end, they will all be used for your good and His glory, just like Ben Hur.

From Message #592 – The Lemonade Principle
Scripture: 1 John 5:10

Today’s Mission – Today, give thanks to the Lord that He will turn for your good those things the enemy meant for evil.

American Education & The Bible

Wednesday, July 23, 2025

Prayer and the Bible were banned from the American public school system in the early 1960s. And yet what was the reason the American school system came into existence? The reason was given at the time of its birth, in 1647, in Massachusetts. It was, “to ensure that no one be kept from the knowledge of the Scriptures.” So it’s not just that the Bible was part of the American educational system – It was that the American educational system itself came into existence for the purpose of teaching the Bible. Yet today, the Bible is banned from the school system, while secular humanism and sexual immorality are taught even in the nation’s kindergartens. How could this happen? It happens one step at a time, step by step – whether for a nation or a person. Thus even a little step away from God now, can end up leading to total apostasy and destruction. Therefore, guard your steps, even better, seek that every step you take brings you one step closer to God – and you’ll never have to worry about falling away.

From Message #1285 – The April Mysteries
Scripture: Psalm 119:9

Today’s Mission – Today, seek that every step you take brings you one step closer to God.

he Curse of Mount Gilboa

Tuesday, July 22, 2025

David was hunted by King Saul and yet, when Saul and his son Jonathan died, and David became king of Israel, he didn’t gloat or boast, instead he wept. And in his weeping, he pronounced a curse on the mountain of Gilboa on which Saul and Jonathan were slain. He said this, “O mountains of Gilboa, let not dew nor rain be upon you, nor fields of offerings. For there the shield of the mighty was defiled…” The amazing thing is if you go to Israel today you’ll find Mt. Gilboa surrounded by the fertile plains of the nation’s heartland. But for thousands of years, Mt. Gilboa itself remained largely barren – just as the curse of David was pronounced three thousand years earlier. Mt. Gilboa is an amazing testimony, not only of an ancient curse but of an ancient love. It’s the testimony of David’s love and faithfulness for his enemy Saul. Messiah commands you to do likewise – love your enemy. For the one who loves his enemy is the one who is truly mighty, mighty enough to move mountains, or at the very least, to curse them.

From Message #1283 – Journey To The Promised Land II
Scripture: Luke 6:27

Today’s Mission – Today, is there a person whom you see as your enemy? Ask the Lord what blessing you should pray over them, and pray it.

It’s Not The End of The World!

Monday, July 21, 2025

While I was leading a tour to Israel, we went to Megiddo. Megiddo is the biblical Armageddon, where the nations of the world will gather for the final battle; the place where it will all end. The tour was in two groups. I gave instructions to the leaders saying, “See if the two groups can meet together on the top of the mountain at the same time, overlooking Armageddon. But if it’s not possible, it’s ok. It’s not the end of the world.” And then I thought about it and said, “Wait a minute, it’s Armageddon – it IS the end of the world!” I thought of how often we go through life acting as if it’s the end of the world. We have a problem or a crisis, and we act as if it’s the end of the world. But it’s not the end of the world. When it’s the end of the world, you’ll know it. So don’t worry, whatever it is you’re going through may be tough, and it may be hard… BUT be encouraged. It’s not the end of the world!

From Message #1282 – Journey to the Promised Land I
Scripture: Psalm 119:112

Today’s Mission – Today, whatever problem you’re dealing with in your life, don’t panic, don’t get upset, step back, and tell yourself “It’s not the end of the world!’

Branding Your Cigarettes

Friday, July 18, 2025

In an effort to create a stronger deterrent to smoking, a new strategy was tried – namely, putting images on cigarette packs – images of what happens when you smoke – images of diseased lungs, sickened bodies, cancer, and corpses. So when someone reaches to smoke a cigarette, they will see what cigarette smoking will ultimately bring about. So that smokers will begin to associate cigarettes not with pleasure but with pain and death. The strategy has proved effective. The strategy actually comes from the Bible. The Book of Proverbs tells us that behind the temptation of an adulteress is a highway to hell and destruction. Apply it to whatever temptation you’re dealing with. Take that temptation, and brand it, connect it, label it, cover it, with the images of what that sin will ultimately bring into and take out of your life – the pain, the harm, the guilt, the regret, the destruction, the wasted years, a walk of defeat – even the fires of hell. Every time it rears its head, see those images, and you’ll run from it – just as you would from a cigarette pack covered with pictures of death.

From Message #1280 – The Secrets Of Victory
Scripture: 1 timothy 6:11

Today’s Mission – Today, whenever you’re tempted, see the pain, the ugliness, the ruin, and the end of that sin, and turn away.

The Law of The Jungle & The Lamb

Thursday, July 17, 2025

Charles Darwin based his theory of evolution on the law of “the survival of the fittest.” It’s basically the same as the “law of the jungle.” It states a truism: that which survives is that which is most fit to survive – or the strongest survive. From Darwin’s law came “Social Darwinism,” which states that the most fit or strong humans, or races, or nations, are those which survive. Out of such theories came Margaret Sanger who founded Planned Parenthood, as well as Hitler who attempted to destroy the Jewish people in the name of a German master race. The world, in many ways, does function after the law of the jungle. But we go by the law of the Lamb – which states that, in the end, it’s not the strongest who prevail – but the good. Messiah gave His life as a Lamb – and yet his life has become the most powerful, prevailing, and world-changing life ever lived. So don’t seek to be the strongest or the most forceful – seek to be good and holy – and, in the end, you will prevail – in the law of the Lamb.

From Message #1279 – The Tender Shepherd
Scripture: John 14:15

Today’s Mission – Today, don’t live by the law of self, survival, and the jungle. Live by the law of the Lamb. Seek not to be the strongest, but to be the most good and holy.

And David Shall be Their King

Wednesday, July 16, 2025

The Bible foretells the end-time regathering of the Jewish people to the land of Israel. And in that return, is a strange sub-prophecy. Jeremiah 30:9 says, “… and David, their king…” “And David, my servant, shall be king over them…” (Ezekiel 37:24) “And afterward, the children of Israel shall return, and seek the Lord their God, and David, their king… in the last days.” (Hosea 3:5) How could David be the king of Israel in the last days? David was long dead when every one of these prophecies was given. When Israel came back into the world, who was appointed as their leader? A man named David Ben-Gurion. It would seem to be a sign. For, in the end, Israel shall be ruled by a man called “David.” Who? The “David” who will reign over Israel, is Messiah, “Son of David.” In all of Jewish history, there’s only one man known both as Messiah and the Son of David – Yeshua. As it is for Israel, so for you – when our lives are truly led and ruled by the will of Messiah, Son of David – that’s when the blessing will come.

From Message #1278 – Sukkat Daveed
Scripture: Luke 1:32

Today’s Mission – Today, follow the leading of Messiah and submit to His ways, to His kingship, and blessing will come.

The Hidden Story of The Bounty

Tuesday, July 15, 2025

The famous story “Mutiny on the Bounty” is true. In the course of the mutiny, nine mutineers along with six native island men and twelve native women of Tahiti went ashore in Pitcairn Island in 1790. They soon started distilling alcohol, and the new colony descended into depravity and debauchery. But the story has a little-known surprise ending. Within ten years, only one of the original mutineers survived, now surrounded by native women and children. One day, while going through a chest from the mother ship, the “Bounty,” the sailor found a Bible. He began reading it and teaching it to the others. It transformed his life and ultimately the lives of all the islanders. In 1808, the USS Topas landed on Pitcairn Island. They found a thriving colony that had no alcohol, no jail, and no crime. That’s the power of the Gospel; to change a tragic story into a story of blessing. So, too, for the story of your life and for every situation in your life: Apply His word, and your “Mutiny on the Bounty” will also become a blessed story!

From Message #578 – The X Factor
Scripture: 2 Timothy 2:19

Today’s Mission – Today, apply the story of the Gospel to every part of your life, especially those untouched parts, and let God have His way.

Reverence & The War Against Fatherhood

Monday, July 14, 2025

There’s a trend in modern culture against fatherhood. In earlier years, when a father was depicted on television in a situation comedy, he would most often be seen as an object of respect and authority. That’s changed. More often than not, when fathers are now depicted in situation comedies, they’re portrayed as overgrown children, incompetent, with little authority, little responsibility, or else pompous, overbearing, and foolish, continually corrected, or shown to be foolish by those around them. It’s part of an increasing trend that fatherhood is irrelevant or disposable. This manifests as an increasing lack of reverence. In the church world, it manifests in a decreasing sense of reverence toward God, His presence, and authority; a lack of submission to His Word. Has that affected you? Do you reverence God’s presence as you should? Do you truly subject your life to the Word of God? Are you truly surrendering your will to the will of God? If not, then start today. Revere the Lord. Make Him the true Lord of every part of your life. For we are truly His children if He is truly our Father.

From Message #1261 – The Great Absent Father
Scripture: Ephesians 6:2

Today’s Mission – Today, find a Word from the Word of God, and truly subject your life to that Word.
