From a Friend

Recently, A friend has been posting on Facebook a daily basis of the many promises from the Word of God how to enjoy life to the fullest. I know you will enjoy all of the posting.

I would suggest that you try to memorize any one of these verses that may be of help for you. Keep repeating them until they become a part of you daily schedule. And than watch the difference of your whole being will be changed. That is mind, body and soul

Isaiah 41:1- “Coastlands, listen to Me in silence, And let the peoples gain new strength; Let them come forward, then let them speak; Let us come together for judgment.

Isaiah 35:7 – The scorched land will become a pool And the thirsty ground springs of water; In the haunt of jackals, its resting place, Grass becomes reeds and rushes.

2 Kings 19:30-31 -The surviving remnant of the house of Judah will again take root downward and bear fruit upward. For out of Jerusalem will go forth a remnant, and out of Mount Zion survivors. The zeal of the LORD will perform this.

2 Kings 19:4 – Therefore, offer a prayer for the remnant that is left.

Isaiah 1:9 – Unless the LORD Almighty had left us some survivors, we would have become like Sodom, we would have been like Gomorrah.

Psalm 77:14 – You are the God who works wonders; You have made known Your strength among the peoples.

Deuteronomy 3:24 – ‘O Lord GOD, You have begun to show Your servant Your greatness and Your strong hand; for what god is there in heaven or on earth who can do such works and mighty acts as Yours?

Job 5:9 – Who does great and unsearchable things, Wonders without number.

Psalm 139: 23-24 – Search me, O God, and know my heart! Try me and know my thoughts! And see if there be any grievous way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting!

Psalm 56:3-4 – When I am afraid, I put my trust in you. In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust; I shall not be afraid.
What can flesh do to me?

Matthew 4:4 – But he answered, “It is written, “ ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.’ ”

Hosea 6:3 -“Let us press on to know the Lord.”
